2 bedroom townhome with 2 car garage with plenty of space. You are across the street from the beautiful sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Each bedroom has a king size bed, queen size pullout sofa, blow up queen, and all rooms have 48-inch Smart TV’s that you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, and/or Amazon account. Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 8 and all you need to cook a meal. Beach buggy, chairs, towels, rolling cooler and umbrella provided! Just bring your sunglasses, sunscreen and bathing suits!

This luxe 2BR/2.5BA condo is located in the Indian Shores community in Seashells complex.
Interior highlights beach furnishings, two king suites, and three flat-screen TVs with Spectrum cable and WIFI. Find everything you need within a walk or short drive!

Detailed with beach furnishings and coastal decor, the living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 70-inch smart TV with Spectrum cable. Pick from the provided board and card games for a fun game night.

The kitchen was fully equiped, plenty of towels and bedding for extra beds. Incredibly clean. Hosts were amazing and prompt in helping us out when needed. Quiet location, minutes from the beach. Plenty of amenities in the garage for beach with kids of various ages. Comfortable beds, lots of TVs for watching at night. Very very clean! Great for my family of 6 with 4 kids between 7 and 2

The townhouse a wonderful place to stay on our visit to Indian Shores. We enjoyed watching the manatees and dolphins while sitting on the dock each morning. Jason was quick to respond to any and all questions. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo

Jason and Laura were amazing hosts. The condo had everything and more that we needed. Beach accessible was just a short little walk. We will definitely use this condo again. This is our second time coming to Indian shores and we love it. Thank you again Jason and Laura for our beautiful vacation home

Wonderful Florida Escape!

Our stay at this Florida vacation home was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, trolley, and close to great restaurants and attractions.

Perfect location

We stayed for our daughter’s spring break week. The worst part of our days was trying to decide whether to go to the beach or the pool. Some days we went to both. The beach was a quick few minute walk and the pool was lovely. Everything was just as it showed on the pictures. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. Communication was great. The last day we saw manatee’s from the dock of the inter coastal by the pool! Perfect ending to a great week! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at Jason's Condo in Indian Shores. The condo was roomy, very clean and well stocked with everything needed for our stay including everything needed for the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by all the condiments and paper products supplied. The condo is in a great location just across the street from the Gulf Beaches and within walking distance of several great restaurants. The heated pool was wonderful, and we fully utilized it especially on the days our grandchildren visited. Jason was very accommodating letting us in early on the first day and quickly responding to any questions I had. Thank you Jason for providing us a wonderful vacation!

Indian Shores break from the cold weather

Me and my wife came down from the cold Michigan winter for some white sand and sun! Jason was an awesome host, fulfilling our several requests! The unit was a short 10 minute stroll to a gorgeous beach ! Comfortable 2 Br/2Bath condo with a full kitchen, TV’s in each room and washer/dryer. We highly recommend!

Perfect townhouse near the beach!

This place was so wonderful! The hosts Jason and Laura were so kind and answered any questions we had quickly. We spent lots of time at the pool and dock where we spotted dolphins swimming and lots of other wild life. The place had everything you needed and more from kids games to shampoo they didn't miss anything. The rooms were nice and big that the queen size air mattress fit in with plenty of room. We did lots of exploring of the lovely beach that was a few minutes walk away, along with the stores around the area. I will be recommending this townhouse to anyone I know that is looking to stay in Indian Shores and we cant wait to stay again soon!

Great little beach getaway

This townhome was perfect for 2 couple traveling together, it’s rare to find 2 king bedrooms both with access to their own full bathrooms. Everything we needed for the beach was provided plus a cart and beach access was only a couple of minutes walk. The sunsets were beautiful and we were walking distance to a few eating places so just what we needed for a relaxing 3 night trip, thanks Jason.

Finally found a place I would stay at again without hesitation

Great communication from the owner, clean & well provided amenities plus great location equal a fantastic stay! We've stayed at many properties in this general area & I can honestly say this is the first place I would ever consider staying at again. Only possible con I can think of is if you're not a stair person than you might want to find somewhere else. Location was so great for beach & local food establishments. Place was exceptionally clean & owners were great start to finish. Thanks for a great stay, will be in touch next year to book again!

Pleasant family time

Very pleased with location, amenities and management. Secure garage, loaded with beach needs, even fishing equipment. Used the well supplied kitchen...microwave, stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, full size washer/dryer. Pool was convenient and clean, near the pier overlooking the inland waterway. Took advantage of the balcony for morning coffee time and quiet evening conversations. Bedrooms/baths were roomy and comfortable. Beach was across the street but easily accessible a short distance from entrance to the property. Jason was responsive to our communications. A very nice stay. Thank you.

Lovely condo!

We just returned from Jason’s place and it was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described, and very nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and Jason even provided us with a few basic extras. Jason was very responsive and even let us know when the unit was ready for us , so I appreciated that tremendously. The area was also peaceful, and not overly crowded - the beach access toward the right (I believe 199) was better than the other one because there were fewer people there. We never got to use the pool, though because it was always pretty crowded, but the beach was perfect. Thanks Jason!

Amazing

Jason and Laura were amazing hosts. Quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The unit was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed for our stay, they even put up a Christmas tree for us! A very quick walk to the beach for sunsets and a warm pool to swim in. Can't wait to come and visit again

Vacation at ISB

This property had it all! Jason was so responsive to my questions and requests. It is clear a skilled home chef put the kitchen together-- all elements needed for budget-friendly family beach dinners. Kindly provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and coffee for late arrivals not having time to make it to the store. The garage and provided beach toys/floats/chairs were awesome. The walk to the beach was so convenient. The heated pool was FABULOUS! Grateful for our time at this GREAT property. Thank you for your attention to detail!!
