Peace and quiet abound at this golf-view condo, overlooking one of the Greg Norman course sand traps at Barefoot Resort! Containing all of the comforts of home, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen, plush furnishings, and a private washer/dryer. The community pool is right across from the condo building for afternoon dips and the free shuttle will take you directly to the pristine white sand.

Just over three miles away, you'll discover the Barefoot Landing shopping area, a hugely popular tourist and local favorite! The Carolina Opry is eight miles south, and Topgolf is about 13 miles away. Alligator Adventure provides a different kind of up-close-and-personal vacation experience just under three miles away.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, golf carts, or scooters on the property at any time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

PEACEFUL

This home was tucked away in a very quiet community. It was also close to so many restaurants and to so many stores. We literally were able to have breakfast,lunch, dinner,and shop all within one area!!

There was no way to get local station on any of the TVs. I was hot sure if I should use the oven because the door was broke, so I didn’t.

Nice unit on the course- few issues

The unit was clean and quiet. Nice patio with course view. We did have issues with the incorrect entrance code being provided which made it very hard when getting in. Although we rented for 5 adults zero sheets or bedding was provided for the sleeper sofa. Only one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and 2 trash bags were provided also making it difficult for 5 adults for the weekend.

Nice home but needs improvement

Pros- The apartment was nice, spacious, and had nice furniture. Cons- I was not able to use the provided code to get in the door. When I called Vacasa for assistance- I was instructed to use the lockbox, in which there was no key. I sat outside in 90 degreen weather for 1.5 hrs trying to get in. There were dirty Q tips left in the bedroom with 2 beds and a dirty wash cloth in the guest shower- no sheets were provided for the twin beds and 2 towels under the bathroom sink. A complete sheet set was not provided- only a flat sheet. No towels. There were not kitchen towels, dish rags, paper towels, etc.

Tranquility

Peaceful stay. Plenty of room for myself and guests to enjoy. Also enjoyed the close proximity between the pool and the condo. Although the condo is on the 3rd floor, I loved that it is away from the busy areas of the beach and you’re able to just enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on the deck and unplug.

Great stay

This place looks just like the pictures. It was very comfortable and cozy. I really enjoyed it. The location was good. I didn't give it 5 stars bc we didn't have a key to get to the pool, there were crumbs under the sleeper sofa and the shower curtains could stand to be changed. Other than that everything else was amazing. Check-in and check-out was effortless. I would stay here again.

Blast at the Beach

Although the weather was dark and dreary, we had a wonderful time. The condo is wonderful and the beds were super comfy. Communication was excellent and the surrounding area was immaculate. Will return again next summer!

Pool is right across the parking lot from the unit. Rarely heard noises from outside or neighboring units. 3rd floor walk up unit. Well lit. Nicely kept property.

Quiet oasis away from the honky tonk, but still close enough

LOVED the location!!! It was far enough away from the craziness that MB offers, yet close enough if you wanted to be part of it. The neighborhood is amazing! Bring your bikes or rent them. Definitely bring your bathing suits bc the community pool is right in front of the home. The home was perfect for all our needs. Only con would be the shower head in the master could distribute water better if they switched it out. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so know this ahead of time if you have anyone in your party who may have difficulties getting up stairs.
