Bright 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath 15 Seconds to the BEACH!

Beautiful, recently remodeled 2 bedroom apartment, with the best possible location! Walking distance to everything; shops, restaurants, bars, and obviously the BEACH. Literally just 30 seconds walk to the sand! You'll fall in love with Marina Del Rey.

With the Venice boardwalk just a few blocks away, and about 1 mile from the heart of Venice, you will have access to everything you could ever need.

Enter through the private front door and you'll find a bedroom on your right with a queen bed and a half bath. Continue down the hall and to the right you'll find a full bath, and a large bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and large closet. The living room has a comfy pullout sofa and a large tv with streaming Roku TV. The kitchen was just remodeled with new counters, and all new stainless appliances. You'll love it here!

guest have access to the whole apartment, laundry room, parking, and the shared patio table with an ocean view :)

You'll have the place to yourself, but if you need anything, I'm just a call or text away.

The perfect location! You're just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you're also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you'll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!

Everything around the beach is walkable, and UBER in LA is soooo easy and cheap compared to most cities.

Crazy good location. Seconds to the beach. A couple minutes to Venice Pier. 3 of us in our late 60s. Plenty of room if we were a larger group even.

Great location

We had a great time in LA! Our host was very responsible with any questions and even sent us restaurant suggestions! There were lots of places within walking distance and the beach was super close. The house was clean and looked exactly as pictured!

Simple and easy

We chose this place because of proximity to a family member we were visiting and it was very convenient. We mainly spent our time there for sleeping and the kids slept great so that was good! The place was clean and had what we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit!

Family holidays

We stayed there with three kids for a couple of days. The location was perfect, three steps from the beach, perfect location with little kids. The house need some maintenance to be perfect, but it was clean and has the basics ( toilet paper, salt, and toilet products). Close to restaurants and stores.

Clean and location can't be beat!

This spot was a great location - the beach was right around the corner. Clean and cute! The neighborhood was a lively and loud until late in the night, so pack earbuds or white noise if that bothers you. Overall, it was a great little home for a weekend getaway.

Minimalistic place, wonderful location.

This property was in a great location, great proximity to beach and restaurants. Very comfortable on the inside, the only suggestions I have would be to have a few extra bath towels, and pepper to go with the provided salt...which we donated to the kitchen pantry for future guests. :)

Convenient parking and close walk to beach

Nice to have 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for sharing apartment with my brother. Cozy sitting room with manual electric fireplace. Very nice large TV. Very plush new towels. Great location for 8-10 min walk to the shoreline, Venice pier and retaurants.( via sandy beach or cement path) We ate at Casa 12, restaurant 2 nights. Only suggestion, bring ear plugs, neighbor hood dogs, neighbors on floor above and passerby’s in adjacent alley can be loud. Parking is right out the door, Everything we needed.

Perfect Beach Stay!

This place is a gem; full kitchen, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, STEPS from the ocean. We arrived, ordered grocery delivery, and spent the rest of the time wandering around the area or simply sitting at the beach. The part of the beach this property is near is clean and quiet. If you are an animal lover, all of Venice seems to be dog friendly. There are squirrels the locals feed that are cute as can be. We walked to the pier and saw two pods of dolphins in the distance. Really can't say enough about the location. Oh! And if you like ravens you'll love hearing them communicate with one another.

Beach getaway

Overall the place was okay at 400 a night. Most places I've been to have a binder or laminated paper with all the necessary info, this place did not. The couch was covered in sand. We were cold the 1st night and could not figure out the heater, we asked for info, and received a reply which didn't help, when I emailed again we were not answered til the next morning. There wasn't a packet of salt, pepper or sugar in the cabinets, although we were told there was. No ice trays, or labeling on the toaster oven, it was long washed away. There were a number of free standing heaters which helped. The beach was close by. Both bedrooms had bathrooms.

Great location, shabby & worn

The location is excellent and the hosts are responsive, but the place is shabby and worn for the price. All the living room furniture is old, stained and uncomfortable and the rug is threadbare and turned up at ends threatening tripping. The two toilets are just a bit more than a foot off the ground, which made it difficult for my 80-something parents to use without stress and discomfort. The coffeemaker has a part is broken filter-holder, though it works, and when the power went out for a few hours in the area, there was no emergency lighting or flashlight or whatever. I encourage the owners to either lower the price or fix up the place to make the it worth the price they're charging.

Simple yet cozy setup, steps away from the beach and the start of what turns into the Venice Beach boardwalk. We didn’t do any cooking there but appreciated the welcome basket of treats. They have a boogie board for use and a dedicated parking spot, but you need to bring your own beach towels.
