This beautiful newly remodeled home is centrally located close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods and world famous shopping. Santa Monica is the ideal beach city- spend your day relaxing at the beach, exploring the city or enjoy a cozy night in cooking in the gourmet kitchen with a glass of wine by the fireplace. You will never be too hot or cold with the central heat and a/c.

This custom home features two bedrooms with smart TV's, a luxury spa like bathroom with a rain shower and double sinks and a powder room off the kitchen.

The light and bright open floorplan is ideal to enjoy cooking in the kitchen while overlooking the spacious living room.

The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room was very nice. The location across from the park and a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods was also very nice.

Great newly furnished spot with a great westside location. Neighborhood park out the front door, easy walking distance to Whole Foods, coffee, and a couple local bars & restaurants. Great Property

This is a great location and wonderful property. The proximity to every thing was perfect. Off street parking was a huge plus. The house was as nice as the listing showed I would stay at this property again if in the So Cal area. I would recommend you do too.

Graduation Crlebration

We had a fabulous stay here! So comfortable and the house was beautiful and very clean. Beds were comfortable, nice linens and lots of towels. The courtyard patio was lovely, although we were so busy during our visit that we didn’t get to use it very much. Loved, loved the neighborhood: very walkable to Whole Foods, restaurants and other shops. There’s a really lovely park across the street too. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a few bowls or serving dishes and a couple of Tupperware/storage containers. We made a couple of meals and there wasn’t really a good way to store leftovers. Everything else was terrific (and the property looked as beautiful when we arrived as it did in the pictures). Check in and check out were super easy too and the Host was easy to communicate with too. We loved the location that we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Home - quiet neighborhood

This place is very nice. All brand newly decorated and updated appliances. The home is located across from a park and is in walking distance of a Whole Fields. The only downfall of this place is there are no closets or dressers in the bedrooms. There is a hanging rack in one of the bedrooms but the rooms are small and have little room except for a bed and side tables. Besides that, I would recommend this VRBO highly and you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful property at very convenient location, with parking!

The place is either new or recently and tastefully updated. We were impressed by the bright, airy and roomy quality of the place. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Very nice and big bathroom with double sinks and a fabulous shower. The owner had also furnished it with lots of towels. The neighborhood is convenient and very quiet. There is parking in the driveway though the street itself is narrow and a bit challenging to maneuver. The only complaint we had was the lack of closet space —- in fact there were no closets.

Santa Monica stay

Very happy with the accommodations. Minimal hanging space but with only being there for three nights living out of suitcase was okay. Kitchen facility and living area great, clean and comfortable. Plenty of natural light from skylights. In visiting a new grandchild in Mar Vista so very convenient. Quiet neighborhood even with an active park across the street. Having driveway parking was definitely a plus. Only recommendation is for a rail coming down three steps from front of house but only because we are older and more conscious of falls on stairs.Loved our stay. Definitely will again.Thank you, Mary Pat

Great Location!

Really enjoyed this suburban feel, but easy access to Highway 10 for day trips. Modern and contemporary private home with spacious full kitchen, laundry, parking and courtyard. Host was flexible and welcoming! Across from a lovely park and Whole Foods around the block. Small closet, but spacious updated bathroom! Will come back if given opportunity!

A gem in Santa Monica

My wife and I have just returned from our third stay at this property and it reminded us as to why we return again and again. From communicating with Yvonne, the host, to how the home was prepared for us, to the living and sleeping space, it was simply a great experience--perhaps the best VRBO experience we have had this time and in our previous visits. As times are available we plan to return again and again. Finally, a special thank you to Yvonne for making her place feel like a second home.

Nice Santa Monica stay!

This was a cute Santa Monica bungalow that was perfect for a girls weekend. Four adults stayed comfortably at the property and it was centrally located to get to Santa Monica and Venice. The property was clean and the host responsive.

Great Holiday Weekend
