The primary bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjoining bathroom. The open loft serves as the third sleeping area with twin beds and a half bath - great for kids or extra guests.

Outdoor living
The screened lanai overlooks the lake and golf course, ideal for slow mornings or quiet evenings. Step out to the open deck for sunbathing or outdoor seating. The renovated community pool and sun deck are just 100 ft away. The beach access point is 1.1 miles from the property - note there is no parking available there.

Practical extras
Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, washer and dryer, and air conditioning keep things comfortable whether you're here to unwind or get things done. Beach towels are provided for your stay.

Please Note: Amenities at Sawgrass Golf & Country Club are private. Guests have access to the community pool and beach access point only (no parking at beach access point).
