Spacious residential home. This was our second stay, though we were very disappointed this time Good: -multiple bedrooms-multiple bathroom-nice area-clean-many amenities-access to caged private pool-private parking, private-centralized location Poor:-needs upgrades (pool and pool area need some serious tlc, powering washing, cleaning, resurfacing, caulking) landscaping - master bedroom bed needs replaced. A bolt fell off the second my husband sat on it. It was fixed quickly by owners, however, It makes so much noise even when rolling over in your sleep it woke us up continuously. Very uncomfortable- instead of replacing the broken microwave they added another on a counter in an already small space - nest temperature regulation system gets 1 star. House was 78 degrees when we arrived. Took several hours to regulate. Owners then locked the system at 70 degrees. Unable to change. This temperature was awful for our family as the house rarely stayed at 70 and was often much warmer. Waking up sweating was not enjoyable. Leaving the home for several hours to explore coming back to a home that had to be almost 80 degrees and waiting for it to get back down to 70 was awful. - master bedroom shower curtain is stained -having a pool, supplying pool towels would have been nice (Im glad I checked ahead of time)- no grill Last time we were at the home a grill was provided. We used it our entire stay. This time the grill was gone. Big disappointment

Loved the pool!

Wonderful vacation with my two adult daughters and two granddaughters. Great location and we loved the pool. Sandy was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. The bedroom/bed description is not accurate, though. The main bedroom had a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second largest room had a queen and twin. The third bedroom had a double bed, not a queen. It was fine for us, as there were only 5 of us.

Great House, Great Location

The house was perfect for our weekend stay for our trip down to The Players tournament. It was a short ride to the course and a short ride to the beach. The house was in great condition, clean, and the pool was a great addition after some hot days.

Nice and very clean house for family vacation

We spent great time together with my family from Europe. Nice , clean house with newly renovated bathrooms. Enjoyed nice , clean pool , new bikes for whole family. Kitchen well equipped ( don’t need to buy salt, pepper , sugar and tea for your staying) Clean bedrooms. Nice quiet neighborhood, short distance to everything. Thank you Sandy for having us.

Great host

Sandy was the most responsive host. She always responded to any concern immediately and did whatever was possible to remedy any issue. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Her place was very neat and clean and was very well stocked with anything you could think of and more. I would go back there anytime!!!

Great Ponte Vedra Vacation

We just spent 5 great nights in this house. It was the perfect house for us. The whole place was extremely clean. No pesky Florida bugs anywhere to be seen. Sandy is a homeowner that truly cares about her renters. That is why I choose homes that are managed by the actual homeowner, you get top notch service. We are from Jacksonville originally and usually stay around Jax Beach but this home is super close to all the fun. You have to take scenic A1A down into St. Augustine. Truly a beautiful route. We appreciated all the little things Sandy had in the home to help make it feel more like home. Thank you for a great vacation.

The host was very communicative and easy to contact. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property. We booked this place for the location, look of the inside of the house (nicely renovated), and pool. So glad we did, the pool was wonderful and the upgrades inside made it a wonderful stay. Closely located to nice restaurants and short drive to the beaches. A couple minor things around the property need attention (lawn/landscaping needs work for instance, the owner will likely work on that) but that’s no reason I wouldn’t recommend booking this place. I think it’s a good pick, especially if you want to swim, the screened in area keeps the bugs out and the pool is a large, patio furniture provided around it was good too.

Not For Us!

We had paid for 4 nights' stay; however, we only stayed for one night. Once we arrived we began to look around and notice a number of geckos (5+) around the pool area. My daughter and wife are terribly scared of them. Inside the main bedroom a large black spider which I video before I exterminated it. Lastly, we felt we were being watched while at the property by remote and physical surveillance. We decided to stay at another location and felt much better even after we had for 4 nights.

Enjoyable Month Stay

My Husband and I truly enjoyed our Month Stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and so very close and convenient to everything; restaurants, grocery, Shopping. Exactly a Mile walk to the Ocean, which as a walker was Perfect. Enjoyed my walks on the Water. Sandy was quick to respond and resolved to our satisfaction. Lovely Outdoor/Pool area; nice and relaxing for a day in the sun or sitting out in the evening. Would certainly stay at this Property again in Ponte Vedra.

A wonderful vacation house

We have an annual stay in the ponte vedra area, and really enjoyed the house, it is in a nice peaceful neighborhood and it is very conveniently located close stores, restaurants and walkable distance to the beach. The outside pool area is very enjoyable and has everything you could wish for and the 2 living room areas make, it a great place to enjoy family time. The rooms are spacious and all equipement is available to cook nice meals. ! Sandy was very responsive and the place was impeccable. We will be back!

Not much to do for kids and teenagers besides pool and beach. Beach is a 15min drive, pool was great
