Located off of 94th Street bay side. First floor newly renovated condo offers 800+ sq. ft. of space consisting of a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, and two bedrooms, all of which are beautifully furnished and decorated. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV. Guest bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan and TV The living room area has a queen size sofa (the condo sleeps total of six people comfortably). Brand new HVAC system. High speed internet.
Relax and enjoy a million dollar view with southern exposure of the bay from the front porch. Dock is 30 ft from the porch, enjoy fishing or crabbing or bring your own raft, paddle board, wind surf board, scuba gear, etc. Relax on the porch or lawn watching the gorgeous sunsets on the bay. Swim in a private community pool or the beach is within walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, amusements and the boardwalk are all in close proximity.
No pets allowed. No smoking in the unit permitted. Rents to families, married couples, and responsible adults over age of 25.

Quiet and clean stay - generous hosts!

Anne and Scott have a beautiful condo! It was extremely clean, and the perfect size for 4 of us visiting for a music festival during the off-season. Anne was more than generous with check-in/out times. I highly recommend booking your stay here!

What an amazing property and location. We were steps from the bay and right down the street from the beach. The condo offered plenty of room for our family of four. Mo boys enjoyed themselves fishing and crabbing right out front of the condo. We had an amazing week and would highly recommend this property. It was very clean and very well maintained. We had an amazing stay at this bayside condo! The condo was exactly as listed—spotlessly clean, cozy, and the perfect spot for a low-key, relaxing vacation. The whole place had such a warm, family-friendly vibe, making it feel like a home away from home.The location was fantastic for fishing and crabbing—so much fun right from the property! We spent hours enjoying the peaceful water views, and the neighbors were super friendly and welcoming.The hosts were absolutely wonderful. They were very personable, quick to respond to any questions, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.If you're looking for a peaceful escape, this condo ticks all the boxes. Lovely OC Condo

Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The outdoor seating area was wonderful for relaxing and viewing the bay. The walk to the beach could be a bit long, but plenty of parking was available at the Acme just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and would have spent more time there if it had a shaded table and chairs. Overall, the place was great!

Perfect Location and View

We had a party of 4 in town for the Oceans Calling festival and was a perfect place to stay for all of us. Right on the bay with a wonderful view. Within walking distance of the bus stop, breakfast spots, restaurants and bars. We will be back and highly recommended. It rained a bit during our stay but were able to sit on the porch with a drink and not get wet and watch the clouds roll through. We really had a great time and highly recommend staying here. We will stay again!

So happy with the stay

From the moment we walked in, we loved it. Very comfortable home and the deck has a million dollar view. We had 2 cars but there is 1 designated space and I was nervous about that but plenty of street parking all around. Well stocked kitchen, livingroom had games to play, great deck furniture, all around great. Thank you for a very memorable weekend Anne!!!

Just Amazing!!!!

This property is the best rental I have ever stayed at. Anne made communication so easy and she was always very responsive to any questions. I am all about staying at a clean property. This property exceeded my expectations. Immaculate!! Besides it being clean, Anne had all your basic kitchen necessities there. Pool was clean. The view is amazing as well!!! I would stay here again and again!!!!

Beautiful rental

This is an absolutely beautiful unit with many nice updates. It’s very clean and well-stocked. We were a little surprised that the main entrance goes right into the primary bedroom, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. I’m a light sleeper and had no issues with noise or lights. Anne was a great host and we’re definitely planning to stay at this unit again!

Most peaceful Vacation

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Upon arrival the instructions were prompt and specific. We entered the beautifully decorated and very clean home and were amazed! I’ve definitely stayed at some places that didn’t live up to the pictures but Anne’s property was amazing!!! Anne did let me know the house was fully stocked but I did y know she meant FULLY STOCKED with everything you’ll need! We didn’t need to bring ANYTHING! I can’t wait to book again!

Nice condo in OC

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. We did deduct one star because there were dirty flip flops under the bed in the master bedroom. We also had an issue with the washer as it would only work on the casual setting and we were unsure if this was a full cycle and we had packed based on being able to wash our clothes. We did contact the owner who was very responsive to us which we appreciated. Everything else was perfect.

Serene Bayside stay

This condo is set perfectly on the bay with beautiful sunsets. The home was very nicely decorated, it had a warm and inviting feel. Anne was very responsive and communicated timely. The home did have a faint smell of sewage, however . I did make Anne aware and she said that she would address that issue. There is no iron or ironing board , just an FYI for those that enjoy looking neat for a nice evening out. This is not the owners fault but the pool is located essentially in the parking lot with only one very small sun shade for cover on a really hot day.

Amazing time at the bay house!

Location of the house couldn’t be perfect. Watching sunset at the bay while sitting on the patio was amazing. Kids did lot of paddle boarding with easy dock access to the bay. House was modern, updated and fully stocked. We will definitely come back again!

Like a Home Away From Home

The property is in one of the nicest residential areas in OC. The neighbors were all wonderful. The decor of the condo was perfect. The owners were very easy to communicate with and friendly. We brought kayaks and enjoyed exploring the bay. The dock was very easy to get in and out of kayaks with the provided ladders. It was very quiet in the evenings which made for a relaxing environment. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Did I mention the neighbors were great? They treat you with respect and are kind. A huge plus for us considering we have stayed in areas where neighbors are not renter friendly in the past.
