Cozy Ocean-Block and Centrally Located Condo with a Balcony

Located at the end of Ocean Block! Your family will be in the best location when you stay at this centrally-located space. This top floor 2 bed/1 bath condo features everything needed to create your home away from home and is within close walking distance of the beach access, shops and restaurants. You can see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and curl up on the sofa in the living room after a long day by the ocean.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, spices, ect. There is a full size fridge with an ice maker and a full size stove and oven.

Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with extra pillows. The spare bedroom has two single beds with extra pillows as well. There is a closet in the main bedroom with hangers as well as a dresser for storage. The spare bedroom has dressers, and the closet has the washer and dryer that is equipped with detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

Balcony: Guests will have access to the entire unit and half of balcony. The balcony is shared with the unit next-door, but there is no separation due to Life-Safety egress regulations. This top floor unit has its own designated exterior stairwell.

One parking space is designated for the unit in the lot next to the building. On street parking is available at a first come-first serve basis directly in front of the building.

There is an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach attached to the building that is shared by other units on the property.

A “starter-pack” of bath towels, washcloths, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel, body soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee and tea, creamers and sugars, dish soap, and bed linens are provided. Some beach items are available for guest usage such as a boogie board and a cooler.

This property prohibits smoking, vaping, grilling, and pets.
