They location was great! It was close to everything and right across the street from the beach. It was clean and well stocked. The beach wagon and beach equipment was very convenient.

Great location in Cocoa Beach. My only complaint is there was zero communication with the owners for the place. I messaged them several times about a few things and I never received a response.

The property was perfect for our group. Location was within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. There were a few cleaning issues - all of the frying pans in the cupboard were dirty with food stuck to them, the microwave was dirty and there was a full chicken nugget on the floor under the side table in the living room.

Very close to the beach and restaurants. Did find a few dead bugs on the first day so think the owners bug bombed shortly before checking in, otherwise the stay was great. Host was quick to respond and fix when the lock stopped working.

Great Spring Break!

We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and then some! It has everything you need for the beach, wagon, chairs, towels and toys! The neighbors are super friendly as well.

Very nice property, well equipped with most everything one might need for your stay including extras that most properties don't. Close walk to the beach with views to the Kennedy Space center, we were lucky enough to witness a launch during our stay which was unexpected.

This property is steps from the sand, one block away from putt-putt, and a few blocks from Ron Jon’s. There was plenty of space for our family of four. The property was very clean and secure. We would definitely stay there again.
