Deux nouvelles unités disponibles: Luna et Sol. Les deux unités sont prÚs de 2000 pieds carrés et ont 3 chambres et 3 1/2 salles de bain avec chaque chambre ayant sa propre salle de bain privée. La suite principale dans les deux unités a une baignoire Kohler et douche à l'italienne. Toutes les chambres ont un balcon. Le duplex est à 1 pùté de maisons de la plage et à quelques pas de Dunkin Donuts, de l'épicerie Publix et des restaurants. La jetée est trÚs proche et propose un bar, des restaurants et des magasins. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des comptoirs en granit, des plafonds de 10 pieds, beaucoup de lumiÚre naturelle, des planchers joliment finis et des garages privés.

Home was beautiful and clean. Greg was super accommodating and we even forgot an item after check out, in which he was also very understanding and letting us back in!

Beach vacay

Greg's place was so nice, spacious and clean! 5 of us stayed and we had plenty of room to be together to watch a movie and eat our meals and also to spread out and have our own space. The location is great, just a block from the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home

Great vacation spot very close to beach , just in walking distance, close to restaurants. The house was very spacious and nice and the owner was easy to get in contact with. My family had a great time together there.

Very Fun Location

Beautiful property located perfectly in Cocoa Beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach, Pier and restaurants with a grocery store across the street. We had a terrific time staying here!

Nice home, Close to Beach

We enjoyed our time at this house, the house is great, no problems, clean, and in a great location. Close to the beach, very short walk. I would stay here again for sure.

It was a lovely property

It was a nice big property and all the the beach supplies came in very handy. You can rent the big boards and bikes but the boogie boards were free and more our speed

Family Beach Vacation

We LOVED our stay here! So close to the beach and everything else. We walked down to the beach every day!! The house was clean, well equipped, & very spacious. If we ever come back to cocoa beach we will stay here! I’ve already recommended it to a friend as well.

Great spot at the beach!

We loved the spacious accommodations. Short walk to the beach. Foosball table. Wish we could have used the bikes in the garage without an additional fee. But loved our stay!

Extended Weekend Getaway

House was clean and big. Definitely plenty of room for any group. Centralized location and extremely close to the port and plenty of restaurants around. If you bring a family plenty of activities for children as well. Owner extremely quick to answer questions as well. Great overall experience!

Amazing blue beach house

This was a huge and clean property! We go yearly to cocoa beach and we are in search of a perfect annual house
this is it. It was huge, clean, and great for multiple ages! All the bathrooms were amazing. We love that the rooms are upstairs and the kitchen is down for people that wake up at different times! Beds were more comfortable than most other rentals we have stayed in. Any issues we had the property manager was very quick to respond and keep us up to date! It a walk from Dunkin and multiple other restaurants as well as the beach! Really hope this property is available next time we vacation down!

Cocoa beach

Great place, new, clean and bigger then expected. Location was great 1 block from beach and pier. Many restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rent again. Greg was easy to work with and communicated well and immediately for any needs.

Great property, fantastic location!

Absolutely loved this property! Spacious, plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for our family of five. Only a short walk to the beach and even included boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Owner was communicative and helpful - everything worked smoothly and no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful beach house

We were in town for a family reunion. Greg's place was big, modern , very comfortable and clean. Location was good with lots of restaurants and supermarket right across the street. The house was well equipped with everything you need and very close to the beach and pier. I would recommend Greg's.

Amazing vacation house

Came here for a girls weekend. Five women, so it was awesome to have 3 1/2 bathrooms. House was beautiful and so clean. We cook on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Close to the beach and pier, we were able to walk everywhere. Dinner at Fishlips was great too! I would definitely recommend to others and I would stay there again 🏝💖

Awesome host and location!

Greg was a great host. The first night we were there he contacted us to notify that the AC was not working and he got an HVAC tech out immediately to remedy the problem. The property was very nice and within a couple minute walk to the beach. When we come back to vacation this property will be at the top of our list again.

Extremely relaxing and quiet! Very comfortable!

The short walk to the beach is nothing, when it comes to enjoying this beautiful home. The location was perfect for adventures to shops, pier and restaurants as well as, tourist attractions such as Kennedy Space Center. Greg was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. Pricing was perfectly figured for everything this amazing home has to offer!! We will continue to use Greg and VRBO for our future family get togethers!!

Great stay

The house is really nice and the location is great. The walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, and mini golf were all very short. The only issue we had was that we have no control over the AC and it was a little warm on the top floor at night. This is spelled out in the contract so just make sure you are aware.

Love Cocoa Beach and wanted my own slice of heaven. I love to walk to the beach with my wife and kids and just enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Cocoa Beach is so close to the cruises in Cape Canaveral and the theme parks in Orlando. But the theme parks can't offer you the beach and the relaxation...
