Just 5-minute walk to public beach, short walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon shop, restaurants and local bars. 1-hour drive to Disney and attractions, 10 mins to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, minutes to mini golf, go-kart track, kayak/boat rental, offshore fishing and so much more. The house is newly renovated with high quality furniture, upholstery and mattresses with Zen bamboo bedding. You’ll fall in love with one-of-a-kind furniture from local artists, beachy décor, and the inviting layout the house carries, inside out!

***LOCATION***
So good of a walking distance to shops and stores, you might not need your car :) In the heart of Cocoa Beach, FL. 5-minute walk to the beach. There’s a pedestrian crosswalk light right at out place so it’s easy to walk across A1A. Also, check out the closet and largest public beach part in the area, Lori Wilson Park, 1500 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931.

***LIVING SPACE & KITCHEN***
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen. The house is stocked with stove, microwave, fridge, blender, crock pot, basic cooking gears, plates, cups, etc. Coffee machine can make K-cup and big pot too. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry pods, dish soap and pods are also provided. We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please purchase more for your long term needs.

***OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES***
Swim in the sparkling heated pool(pool is heated Dec- April. May- November can be requested for an additional fee and three days notice)

Wood Start Fire Pit (charcoal/wood not provided).

What Guests do not love:
- No events or parties are allowed.
- No smoking or vaping.
-All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
-The responsible renter must be at least 25 years of age.
-Located on the corner of a busy street. Although the home is well constructed and reduces outside noise, you will hear some road noise during your stay.
-No pets allowed.
-Geckos, Bugs, and Mosquitos (It’s Florida. We have hot humid weather).
-Lawn care and pool care professionals service the property twice per week. Even though this work does not take too long, they access both the front and back yards and may create some noise.
- While we are child friendly, please note that our house is not child-proof.
-Parking in driveway with the maximum of 4 vehicles, no on-street or on-grass parking at any time.
- $250 security deposit hold on your credit card is required three days prior to arrival to cover damages or missing items. This fee is fully refundable.
