I recently rented this wonderful house for 3 nights. The house was perfect for our needs, check-in process was easy, lots of room, house was very clean and maintained, and the pool was just delightful! Will definitely rent again!

Everything was great l!! The only problem was I payed extra for the pool to be heated. But it was not!! I ask Mrs. Ruth about getting a refund for having the pool heated she said she would have ask the owner. I never heard back from her.

A contractor was sent out right away, and the issue has since been repaired. We’ve also arranged a full refund for the pool heating fee. No blender. Pool heat was off upon arrival. Dead roach in MBR. Water damage on kitchen cabinets. Mold in washing machine. Never again.

The home is professionally cleaned between each guest, and we’ll be following up with our team to ensure all areas, including the washing machine and kitchen, meet our standards. We’ll also confirm that all listed appliances, including the blender, are available and in place. The home receives regular pest control service, and we’ll have it re-inspected as a precaution. The pool heating system is preset, and adjustments were made during your stay to improve comfort. We’ll also review the previously repaired cabinet area to ensure everything is in good condition. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving the guest experience.

PERFECT Vacation!

My wife, our 3 teenage kids and I have stayed at Shangri La Resort twice now. Both times we had a perfect vacation. Whether we were lounging in the beautiful pool, cooking on the gas grill or even hanging by the lake. There was plenty of room for everybody not to be under each other all the time. The house is beautifully decorated with a modern touch with a very homy feeling. You comfortably felt like you were near the beach. I am not the type that usually ever leaves a review. But the owners of this home have gone out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were over the top. For these reasons I would give it several 5-star reviews. I have recommended it to friends and family. We will definitely be back next year!
