Amazing 1st floor location. Beautifully decorated, comfortable surroundings and the incredible Gulf of Mexico right out the door! Views from the well-furnished living room and welcoming Master Bedroom are incredible. Sunrises here are honestly some of the most breathtaking anywhere in the world. The soft white sand under your feet will make you want to stay forever! Summerlin 104 is a lovely home away from home with everything you will need. The Master Suite has a wonderful king bed and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has a new king bed and private access to the hall bathroom. If you need more space, the sofa offers a queen pullout sofa.
We provide free parking, free secure wireless internet, secure door access and many other upgrades!

Great place! Although loud pool equipment just below the balcony kind of ruins the ambiance of hearing the surf. But owners were very kind and helpful!

Great stay

Loved the condo and location short distance to beach and pool and beach area were never to crowded. Condo was clean with a great ocean view, we really enjoyed the stay here.

Trip to the Beach for Baseball

Very nice, we had a great time. Access to the beach was so close and view of the gulf from the balcony was beautiful. If plans call for another trip to Fort Walton Beach we would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic condo!

This condo is amazing
extremely close to the beach, beautiful views. We had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was well furnished. The beds slept great. And the location is outstanding! We will definitely be back!

Perfect!

We have stayed several times at this complex and our only regret is we did not buy one here 25 years ago. Amazing view, well built, plenty of room.

The Perfect Property!

This was an amazing property! It’s a small building so the beach, elevator, and pool were not crowded. The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need for an amazing trip! The beds were very comfortable as well! We have stayed in a lot of condos over the years, but this one was by far one of the best!

Winter getaway

We spent the month of February at 101 Summerlin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is incredible. Saw dolphins close to shore on several mornings.

Honeymoon

We loved our stay here. It was just what we'd hoped for, a quiet, uncrowded, relaxing getaway for our honeymoon. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had beautiful gulf views and was easily accessible to the beach. We'll be back.

Probably the best property we have ever rented

Everything about this property was as close to perfect as you will find. The short walk to the beach, the comfortable furniture and the cleanliness of the property was just great. We had to leave a day early due to the death of a family member so that was a hard way to end our stay. This is our new go to place in Florida!

Enjoyable winter getaway

Condo was very comfortable, clean and nicely updated. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. We have stayed in several units in Summerlin and enjoy the convenience of smaller buildings. This was the first time staying on the first floor but still had a nice view of the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific stay

Property was nice and close to the beach and enjoying not having to wear shoes! The chair service was an excellent perk and I’ll never haul chairs and umbrella again! Would like to return next year during bike week!

What a week !

We had a great time at this property. We were totally new to the gulf coast. We are very familiar with the Carolinas beaches and we likened FT Walton to the pace of OBX with the action of Myrtle Beach just 15 minutes east. Everything was just easy. Steps to the pool, steps to the sand, steps to the car
 could not be a better set up for convenience . Didn’t want to leave, definitely want to return.

So good to be back on the island

First year back since 2019. Loved being right on the beach again. The pool is heated. The condo is very well appointed. Had a few issues that were dealt with promptly by the owners. Hope to return next year!
