This truly unique home is split over three levels and is perfectly nestled amongst the sand dunes which allows for panoramic sea views and the feeling of being at one with nature plus offers direct access to the ocean.
Backing directly onto the sand dunes of Goolwa Beach offering complete peace and privacy. Centrally located with just a short walk between the Goolwa Beach Hub, including beautiful Goolwa Beach/ The Kuti Shack/ Goolwa Beach Surf Life Saving Club/ 4WD off-road access to the sand, the South Lakes Golf Club, the Encounter bike way.

Adjacent to the walkway through to popular Goolwa Beach yet close to the town centre, quaint cafes and all amenities this superb home offers style and multiple spacious entertaining areas.
