Your stay begins behind a classic white picket fence, leading you onto an inviting front porch where chairs and a gently swaying hammock immediately set the pace. It’s a welcoming spot for morning coffee before the beach or a quiet pause in the afternoon as the coastal breeze drifts through, easing you into the relaxed rhythm of the shack.

The shack opens into a relaxed living area designed for downtime after sandy days. Comfortable seating, natural light, and split-system cooling create an easy, welcoming space—ideal for movie nights, board games, or unwinding after sunset beach walks.

Just beyond, the dining area is warmed by a fireplace that becomes a natural gathering point on cooler evenings. Outdoors, the large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to spread out and relax. Kids can play freely, dogs can roam safely, and the BBQ sets the scene for laid-back outdoor dinners. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off salt and sand simple before winding down for the evening.

Three bedrooms are each styled as a comfortable retreat with calming blue tones that tie seamlessly into the shack’s playful coastal theme. Two bedrooms offer queen beds, while the third includes a tri-bunk with a double bed below and a single above—ideal for children or flexible group stays. Fresh linen and bath towels are provided for added comfort and convenience.

A recently renovated bathroom delivers clean, modern comfort, paired with a separate toilet for added practicality. Laundry facilities are also available, making longer stays feel easy and relaxed. Off-street parking is provided on the driveway.

One well-behaved dog welcome with prior approval. $75 pet fee applies.

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

A portacot is available to hire for a fee—please let us know at the time of booking if you require this.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
