We had a wonderful five-night stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and we appreciated how thoughtfully everything was provided—we truly didn’t want for anything. We loved the convenient location, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!!

sorry you found the apartment small, it was advertised as being a one bedroom 650 ft.² with a very large flowered deck with a nice barbecue . it also has a 52 inch TV and a daybed that makes into two twin size. A queen size bed with adjustable base in the bedroom.

Very nice location and close to great restaurants and beaches. The bed could be upgraded and the ac stopped working the last day and night. Fortunately the weather was pleasant and we opened the windows.

Great location

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location is perfect.. a little away from the hustle bustle but close enough to Narragansett and the other beaches. We went to Scarborough North beach twice and I would definitely recommend it. Galilee and the ferry to Block Island are also very close. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The bed was super comfortable and adjustable…just like at home. Perfect. Guests have use of the back deck and grill which is a nice plus. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. A great stay!!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Karin Porter/ Dan Porter

Image de profil de l’hôte
We love living in Southern Rhode Island and don't plan on moving elsewhere. I am originally from Santa Barbara and moved to Rhode Island years ago, so we could raise our family near my Husbands family and then my family moved here a few years later. We have a 38 year old son with Downs Syndrome who lives with us who we love dearly, and our Daughter is a teacher. We also have 2 grandchildren who we enjoy seeing. We enjoy traveling in our motor home and taking an occasional cruise. We are hoping to provide some additional income with our rental as I am planning on retiring soon. We would welcome your stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We decided many years ago we wanted to live in Southern Rhode Island. We bought this house in 1993 and over the years have fixed it up so it is now how we want it and where we want to live. We added on the apartment a few years ago for my mother to live in so we made it very comfortable, safe and secure. She lived there for years until she no longer needed it. It has its own private entrance and I am sure you would feel comfortable there and enjoy you stay.
