Cute little apartment right in the center of Narragansett. Close to shopping, restaurants and the town beach. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen with all needed appliances. Bring your own coffee pods. Available parking and easy access to lock box for key.

Best little apartment at the Pier

This was our second stay and it won't be our last! Perfect location with an apartment with everything we needed! Close to Restaurants and beaches! Very clean! So much better than a hotel

Perfect

Just stayed for two nights, very clean, perfect size for two people. Property manager was easily accessible. Check in process was a breeze. Perfect location, just a few blocks away from the pier with the beach, great food, and gorgeous views. Enjoyed the rocker outside for breakfast! Recommend.

2 day beach trip

Property was in a fantastic location - close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Make sure to read the instructions on navigating to the property - the driveway doesn’t show up on navigation and cars can be parked in front of the mailboxes. That was the only difficulty we had here but the owner was easily reached to get us in the right direction. Would definitely stay again!

This was my first time renting a vacation getaway. I have always stayed in a hotel. This was an adorable apartment. It was very clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a great location. We loved it. We would definitely rent this apartment again in the future. What a great experience the first time we renting.

My friend and I really enjoyed this apartment. It is very clean and comfortable. It was a little challenging to find the driveway in the dark, perhaps a light would be helpful. Also a hook in the inside of the bathroom door would be appreciated. Other than that, it really was very nice. Good location, too.

The place itself is very nice. Kitchen is spacious. The bed is quite comfortable. The futon in the living room is very uncomfortable and every time you move it squeaks-very annoying. We did not realize that there were people above us as it was not listed in description. Unfortunately, they were not considerate and kids were running around until 11 pm and hit the floor running by 7.

The apartment was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. The apartment is in a building down a private driveway off of a street with several shops and restaurants, but it's right behind a bar which was noisy and had a strong trash smell. The actual apartment building was kind of odd and not attractive, with a strange old red structure next to it (a shed?). Apartment is good for a couple or in our case me and my daughter. The walls were very thin and we could hear every conversation, throat hack and television sound next door(and I guess they heard ours as well). I also didn't love the single deadbolt on the door and felt the door would have been more secure with a second lock. It's a short walk to the ocean path and pretty views. I thought it was pretty expensive for what it was, and noticed a few little things (like there were only decaf K cups left) but again, it was impeccably clean which is definitely the number one priority.

Excellent location!

The location can’t be any better! The unit was clean and well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom are updated, what’s a plus. We really liked the privacy of the unit and the fact the we had our own entrance. We were lucky to have quite people above us, but the noise (steps and running) could be a problem. The only thing that really needs to be replaced is the futon in the living room. We didn’t use it to sleep but it’s very noisy just to sit down. Everything else was fine and we’d definitely come back. Lorenzo and Kelly were super responsive and very nice to deal with. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Great apt

Very clean updated apt. Kelly is a wonderful manager! The bed is very comfortable. They have beach chairs and a surfboard to use. We stayed for 2 weeks. Shopping very close and a 6 minute walk to the beach. A BBQ outside with chairs and table. The only thing that bothered us is the other apt upstairs. Some people are rude and noisy and we didn’t like it. If you’re used to living in an apt with people above then the noise is normal. But for us, we aren’t used to the upstairs noise. Other than that this is an outstanding apt! That’s why we deducted a star.

This was the first time using your service for a vacation rental. I am not crazy about having to text everything ,I don't live on my phone, The world is pushing me to do so, but I resist. Lorenzo, the owner, had to help me lower the ac, It was blasting when I got there. There was an issue about an Item I requested before I got there , but his assistant Kelly did get the items I requested, it just took some time out of my trip. That was the only real snag.. I am used to staying at Hotels and not picking up or cleaning anything ,so I feel a charge for Cleaning is a bit high ,I am not a slob. I really liked the apt, it was close to everything, food, recreation places and the beach! I wanted a place where felt comfortable and A place where I could enjoy watching the full moon near the beach, So I give that a high marks. Would I do this again? I am not sure. I want a place that accepts my pet and not a high cost for house cleaning. All in all, It was a good fit for cozy . The Tecnology needed to rent will always be something I dislike. I get it, but I don't like it, its antiseptic.

Crisp, clean getaway close to it all

I treated my daughter to a quick weekday "weekend" at this adorable little apartment near everything Naragansett has. Restaurants and shops all across the street, historic neighborhood and a park. The sea wall walkway is a 5 minute walk down the road and Naragansett Town beach about a 20 minute walk from the apartment. We had a great time and even parking was easy on a weekday. The apartment is so clean and has everything you need. Please note, at most you can sleep 3 adult sized people here. If you have little kids they can share the futon. There is a very comfy pull out futon in the living area and a queen bed. Super well stocked with areas to hang outside too. Plenty of parking. You can go to Scarborough beach a few miles down the road if you dont want to pay town beach admission. For my teen daughter, she brought her long board and loved the "scene". I loved just relaxing with her and connecting. Will for sure return!

Nice but very noisy….

We are very familiar with the area, and come often. We were here for a family wedding. This time it was just my wife and I, so this one bedroom was perfect. A couple of things need attention, this apartment is on the ground level and there is a unit above. The noise from the people above is VERY loud. It almost sounds like they are trying to stomp around(which I’m sure they weren’t). At night it is so disruptive. There is noise from above whenever anyone is on the second floor. We had had a long weekend, and on our last night were very tired, and the people above came in at 1:15 a.m. and proceeded to make noise for a couple more hours. Needless to say, we did not get much sleep. The other problem is the futon is very noisy when you sit on it, like the springs are old. We were going to have my son and daughter in law stay with us. It was fortunate that they didn’t, 2 adults could never sleep on that futon. It should be listed as sleeps 3, not 4. Other than these things, it’s clean, communication with the owner is good, the location is great. Short walk to the beach, and restaurants are right there. It could be perfect with a few changes!
