These little cottages are the cutest! Perfectly suited for a couple! The place was very clean. We also enjoyed the amenities- swimming pool and community lounge area. It is perfectly located - convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in and around Newport. We would stay again for sure!

I would definitely stay again but next time, two nights instead of one. I would have loved to have an afternoon to walk the trails and use the pool. We loved having dinner at the neighboring Tap Room. We had incredible breakfast and a picnic lunch from The Roasted Clove.

This was a very cute resort. The cottage was well stocked and very clean. The resort is located very close to a beautiful vineyard/restaurant. It is about 10 minutes from the water and walking trails. I would recommend this resort/hotel highly. We didn’t get a chance to try the amenities but there is a heated salt water pool and spa right on site!

What a fun, comfortable place to stay! I enjoyed the convenience to favorite spots in Newport and Portsmouth. Everything was first class; linen sheets, heated bathroom floor, en suite laundry to name a few. I loved the privacy, the quiet, etc. I will definitely be back!

Exactly what we thought it would be. Would stay again only 10 minutes from the cliffside mansions. Right next to a cute winery. Very nice washer and dryer.

Listed as a hotel, the rooms are actually mini houses. Really great place, even though it’s a mini house, it has a lot of space downstairs and a full size bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is pretty stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you’re looking to cook in. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and full bathroom. The floor in the bathroom has radiant heating and the shower is pretty big and fully tiled, nice touch. There is a pull out couch downstairs for 2 extra people but they would have to use the shower upstairs. Next property over is the Newport Vinyard and a brewery. We walked over and took the wine tour one day and hung at the bar for some beers and food the next night. Overall, the place is super clean, nicely decorated and a 17 min drive to the Newport mansions and wharf. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique place to stay other than a hotel room or expensive house for 2 people.

This cottage was perfect! It was very clean and modern/beautiful. The door lock was a little tricky and would be the ONLY con I have. The space was enough for 4 people with a decent pullout sofa. The grounds were kept very clean and I loved we had a dedicated parking spot. I regret we didn't get to use the pool. Highly recommend.

What a cute and perfect place to stay! The cottage was spacious, filled with all the things you need, on a great property, and had a great host who was responsive and kind. We came for a short trip for a wedding, but would love to be back for a longer stay on the property and explore more. 10/10 recommend!!

Nice place , very clean and convenient. Only 2 things, constant music at pool was annoying and bathroom needs a bar for safety reasons, all else was good.
