ADORABLE400 Sq ft! 1 bedroom cottage newly renovated and fully equipped, sleeps up to four people.3-minute walk to snug harbor marinas. walk to water, walk to East Matunuck beach or Matunuck Oyster bar, and all the local restaurant's it's a five-minute drive to route 1 that takes you to all the local beaches, take advantage of the local boat launch, our cottage comes with outdoor shower, grill, lawn furniture, propane firepit( If you love tiny cottages this is the one for you!)

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage. The neighborhood was quiet. Nice morning walks to the marina. Quick drive to East Matunuck beach. Enjoyed rooftop dining at the Matunuck Oyster Bar. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

The cottage was perfect for our stay as it was clean and it had a backyard with a grill and bonfire that made it pleasant to eat and create memories as a family. I would visit again.

Quaint, clean and good location near the beach. Off-street parking is nice. Great back yard
had a family cookout
nice to have a clean, working gas grill unlike some other rentals. Perfect for two adults or a family with one or two small children. Would not try to sleep four adults.

All we needed

This cottage is tiny but well appointed. Very clean! Suggesting that it sleeps 4 is a stretch but doable. Our only complaint would be the size of the indoor shower. Outdoor space is terrific!! We would book again.

Cottage by the coast

My second stay at the cottage was very comfortable. Sunny days in the off season means beach walks with no crowds.

Quaint Cottage

This was the perfect home base for our weekend of activities. No frills, no fuss, great location. Owner was easy to communicate with. I wish we had better weather - backyard is setup to enjoy the outdoors.

Cute little cottage a quick drive from the beach

Super cute and clean cozy cottage perfect for a couple or small family who don’t mind bunking up together! The property manager was amazingly responsive too. The cottage is walking distance to two marinas and a quick drive to the beach or public fishing pier (in Jerusalem). It is on the main road in Snug Harbor, so it got a bit busy at times, but they’ve done up the back yard with a gas fire pit table, BBQ, and table and chairs, so it was very comfortable and fun for hanging out! The outdoor shower for after the beach was really great!

Very close to snug harbor, everything you needed was provided. I was pleasantly surprised with all the wonderful additions that were not included in the photos of the listing.

wonderful long weekend!

400 sq feet of cozy- Were were outside most of the weekend at the beach or by the fire pit and grilling but the 4 of us and our dog were very comfortable.

Perfect cottage for a getaway

Has everything you'd need to pack light and hit the beach for a long weekend... next time im bringing a boat and parking it in one of the many marinas you can walk to from here. The owner Thomas was great, the house came stocked with everything we'd need.
