Each bedroom in this beautifully built home features an elegant accented wall, comfortable beds, nightstands, closet, and large windows that allow the Palm Springs sunshine to pour in.

From its mid-modern design to its open-style layout, this home provides comfort at every corner. High ceilings soar in the sunlit living room, where you can kick back with family and friends to watch your favorite shows on the smart TV.

The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen, outfitted with a large island that seats five, stainless steel appliances, and tons of cabinet storage. An adjacent dining table seats eight for meals or board games with your group.

Surrounded by beautiful views of the San Jacinto Mountains, the fenced yard serves as an outdoor oasis for your whole group - dogs included. Spend mornings lounging beside your private pool, then fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue while playing some yard games. In the evenings, watch the stars come out as you enjoy a glass of wine around the second patio off the living room.

The massive primary bedroom features a King size bed, smart television, pool access, an en-suite spa like bathroom, and a massive closet for all your Palm Springs attire.

Each guest bedroom both showcase a Queen size bed, and closets. The first of the two has a smart television, incculding en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedroom has access to hallway bathroom.

As part of the Miralon community, you`ll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails as well as scenic dog parks. Other community amenities include a large lap pool, a resort-style area with a family pool and Jacuzzi, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art gym.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $49 nightly or $245 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. No spa.
