Bring your loved ones on an unforgettable trip to this coastal 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath fully updated vacation rental. Start your day sipping coffee on the balcony, then stroll down to the beach to catch some rays. Located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and famous landmarks, this townhome ensures the whole crew stays entertained!

After an adventurous day, return home to prepare a meal in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen and watch a family favorite on the large flat screen SmartTV. Every floor has its very own balcony with a perfect corner view of the water and boat dock.

All Bedrooms have cozy comforters, extra pillows, and a large flat screen Smart TV! Bathrooms are stocked with fresh fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.

Garage parking is available with Direct access into the house.  Washer and Dryer are located in the garage for your convenience, along with all the Necessities for a relaxing day at the beach.

Great property, great location. Place was fully loaded with what you needed. Biggest benefit over other properties is the dock to sit on in the morning and night to relax. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great location only a block from the beach entrance, restaurants, ice cream, etc. very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials for a multi generational family vacation. Only minus is if you have mobility issues or small children; you MUST climb stairs as the home is 3 stories, enter at garage level, up 1 flight to main floor, up 1 more flight for 2 bedrooms and full bath, up another flight for 2 more bedrooms and full bath. Would definitely recommend!

This rental is a great value is very flexible in terms of bedding....worked great for our group! The host was great with communication, typically replying to questions withing 30 minutes of sending an email. This is in a great location with amazing views and a great dock with seating to hang out with your crew.

We’d stay here again if we could afford to and the Dolphins swimming by the jetty were our favorite experience here. It’s walking distance to a great coffee shop and many restaurants- so we didn’t worry at all about beach traffic or parking.

This place was a step above any other place. They supplied us with everything that we needed. The accommodations were perfect for our two families sharing one place. The dock in the back was a great place to relax for morning coffee or late night cap. Only one minor suggestion, put a mirror in each bedroom. Otherwise, couldn’t ask for a better place.

Amazing rental property

This place was great, right next to a marina with a nice dock to lounge at. Within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants, a great breakfast shop, and most importantly, the beach. Comes with a beach cart and multiple beach chairs. Great entertainment space in the living room and everything you need to cook a big meal in the kitchen. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, and the check in process was simple and easy. Parking was also a great benefit as the two car garage helped immensely. It was also awesome to have the beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I would definitely recommend and we would stay again!

This place is very clean and has every amenity you could ask for! The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys came in handy especially since the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away.

Spectacular Views

Well equipped kitchen, clean home. The views from the home are gorgeous and sitting on the dock is heaven! Park your car and almost never need to use it, beach, bars and restaurants are all just a stroll away. Our stay was for 3 weeks and we wished it was longer!
