Family home, well positioned with a fully secure rear yard, amazing deck and 3 double bedrooms. As you come through the front door, enjoy the feeling! Relax, unwind and enjoy - All Decked Out and ready for your holiday stay.

Maintaining its original footprint but lovingly updated to exude a stylish modern vibe, this holiday house is ALL DECKED OUT and will have you relaxed and in holiday mode from the moment you step through the door. This is the place where memories will be made.
A three-minute walk and you will have your toes in the sand and enjoying coastline of Goolwa Beach. Swimming, surfing, cockling, building sandcastles or enjoying the solitude of early morning and late evening walks along the beach.
Making your way back home, you can make use of the outdoor shower cleverly tucked away to the side of the rear deck.
Styled for laidback living, the whole family will enjoy what this house has to offer. Outside there is an amazing rear deck, ALL DECKED OUT with above head heating, an outdoor table with bench and stool seating, gas pizza oven, beef eater BBQ, all overlooking the secure rear yard.
Sleeping accommodation is ideal for couples coming together, small family gatherings or friends who just want to enjoy being ALL DECKED OUT with 3 double bedrooms.
A practical well equipped kitchen, open plan living, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, ALL DECKED OUT is serviced by a split system air condition located in the open plan living area.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Adored our beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute , clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor hot shower wasGreat for after the beach. Weber and pizza oven were used. All the bits and bobs we needed were there. Thankyou so much for our stay. The only downfall was waiting for our key in the hiot fish and chip shop. Lined up for ages with people ordering food and only 1Person serving.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our little family of 3 plus our doggy spent 4 nights over the Easter break. It was a cozy little home with an amazing outdoor area. The fully enclosed yard was perfect for our furry friend and daughter to run a muck. Place was tidy and had all the essentials and more to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect only a few moments from the beach and few minutes drive to the local shopping centre. It’s also just down the road from Kuti Shack a culinary gem in Goolwa. Will definitely stay again in the near future.

Great house in great location

We really enjoy our stay, the house was very well equipped and the location is perfect, just a few blocks from the beach! Perfect for a weekend out with the family

Nice outdoor

Overall very good. Best part is the backyard deck! Would be better if can provide 2set of keys or use a lock with code. Kitchen has ants which is a bit annoying.

Pleasant and simple

We found the house to be nicely furnished and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds and couches were comfortable. Cleanliness inside the house was good. The air con was great. Our only issues were with outside area needing a clean (seating, BBQ and pizza oven) and several spiders inside the house which we removed.
