This home features a beautiful, spacious open plan living space, smart TV, for enjoying movies or your favorite shows and a full-sized kitchen to entertain friends and family. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Be inspired under our turreted laptop friendly workspace in the master bedroom, perfect for catching up on emails or reflecting on the wonders of DC living. This home boasts three en-suite bathrooms equipped with all the essentials. There is also a full-sized bathroom on the first level, so no one in the group has to wait! Includes two parking spaces at the back of the home, connected to a lovely backyard/patio area. This unique home has so much to offer!



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with the following configuration:

First Level Bedroom: Queen-sized bed

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed

Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed

Third Bedroom: Two single beds (bunk beds)



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. It is not shared. There is a tenant occupying the lower basement level of the home, they have no access to the main house.
