LIFE JACKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL AGES (LOCATED IN THE GARAGE) AND ARE

ENCOURAGED TO BE WORN ANYTIME GUESTS ARE IN OR ON THE LAKE



(Note: There are 16 total life jackets located in the garage of the house

hanging on a rack. An inventory of the jackets is taken each time a guest

checks out. Any missing life jackets will be replaced and the replacement cost

will be charged to the guest's security deposit. Furthermore, if any of the

jackets are not returned to the rack in the garage, the guest will be subject

to be charged from their security deposit for the full replacement cost of the

life jackets.



Things to note:



1\. Waterbugs (roaches) will be found in and around the home due to its

proximity to the lake/canal, despite the regular pest control performed on the

property.



2\. Mayflies - If you book in or around the months of April/May, there is a

good chance you will run into swarms of mayflies. They don't bite, but there

are millions of them, and they will get all over you. Look them up online for

more info.



3\. The water level in the plumbing is high due to the house being so close to

the water level; therefore, the tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks may not

drain fully or properly.



Important Notes:



* Kindly ensure the correct number of stay in occupants is included in your reservation for accurate charging.

* Our final charge is calculated based on the total number of guests. Standard pricing starts at 8 guests. Extra person is charged at $25/head/per night.

* We only allow up to 5 visitors (stay out). Please inform the host ahead of time if you have visitors coming in.

* Strictly NO EVENTS allowed at this property.

* No pets allowed. Penalty $500 applies.
