Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 304 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 3rd-floor vacation rental has a fun *beachy* dÃ©cor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful sparkling, sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 304 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms, a DVD player and an Xbox 360. Free wireless internet access, Telephone with free local calls. Washer and dryer. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy 6.

The pool and hot tub were great but the BEST was how close we were to the beach. And we saw dolphins every day! We could walk to some coffee shops close by. The house was clean. The lay out was a little funny with a long hallway but amazing views of the gulf. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but we all slept pretty well. If you are looking for beach and views this is a great option!

The room was very clean. Great location. Great host. The hair dryer that was supplied needs to be replaced as it singed my hair. There was roofing being done during our week-long stay but no one had informed us about this. It would have been nice to know prior to our booking. Overall the condo was comfortable and inviting and we had a pleasant stay!

We’re sorry about the hair dryer; that’s definitely not how it should be. If we had known during your stay, we would’ve taken care of that right away. As for the roofing, we did send out notices, but we’re sorry that didn’t reach you. We know that heads-up makes a difference.
