Perched above the Salt Lake Valley with unobstructed views of the valley and surrounding mountains, this home was finished recently and everything in it is new: furniture, appliances, and decor.
Outside
Soak in the private hot tub or warm up in the sauna after a day on the slopes. The patio is set up for lounging and dining, and there's a private mini pickleball court on the property. It's smaller than a regulation court, but it's good fun for a group.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances, generous counter space, and all the cookware you'd need for anything from quick breakfasts to a group dinner. There's a wine cooler, and a private chef can be arranged on request.
Living room
Open-concept, with expansive windows framing the valley. Plush seating and room for everyone to settle in.
Dual-zone heating and cooling, with separate systems upstairs and down, keeps the whole house comfortable. Two washers and two dryers handle a week of ski gear.

It's a good setup for family reunions, ski trips, and multi-family stays needing more bedrooms, beds, parking, or shared gathering space. Availability varies, so message us for details. Each property is booked separately.
