Place is laid out nicely and fits a large crew well. Easy to get into the canyons for skiing and the owners were quick to get back when needed

Great place in a great location to access the canyons for skiing. Lovely home with a great massage chair to soothe the sore legs. Comfortable beds and everything presents just as seen in the photos. Instructions were clear on how to access and we were able to check in a bit early. The streets in the neighborhood are windy and narrow, and driveways and garages are small, so larger vehicles may need extra time to manage parking.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was gorgeous, well-appointed, plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and linens for all. Convenient location for our wedding in the area. Massage chair was incredible!! Some great hikes with trailheads nearby. Will definitely use this place again!

Perfect house for skiing

The seven of us had a great time staying at this beautifully ski decorated home. There's plenty of room and the layout is great. It's also a perfect location for skiing the Canyons and Snow Bason.

Great location to the canyons

Anna was super helpful with any questions or recommendations we reached out to her for. The house itself is very spacious (we had 10 guests total & plenty of room) and in the perfect location to get to all of the resorts in the Upper & Lower Cottonwood Canyon. The massage chair was a huge hit with everybody after being on the mountain all day. Will definitely look at rebooking here if/when we travel back to Utah for another ski trip!

Absolutely perfect ski house

A! The house was beautiful, clean and looked just like the photos. Having two separate living areas was great for our 2 families of skiers to either spread out or hang out together. Lots of extra touches: games downstairs, massage chair and very nice bathrooms. Great communication & convenient to multiple ski mountains …(we visited 4!) We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a family with toddlers and grandparents. 3 floors and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and living space in basement, main floor is a kitchen and living space and half bathroom and upstairs 3 very large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Very nicely decorated and very clean.Many items for infant/toddler. 2 pack and plays, high chair and other items for infants. Also, you don’t have to worry about stairs if you have an infant. Barnyard door to basement and gates for other stairs.Park is a very short walk as well as Smith grocery store.

So very blessed

I had booked another house months ago for our family to rent while nourish granddaughter got married they canceled two weeks before the date giving no reason. I found this house and it was such a blessing. The second day we were there my husband got sick and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. Our host was so very gracious and understanding and even offered us s a late check out when the time came. She responded so very quickly and offered to assistant in any way she could. The house fit our group perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to be much better

Even away from how wonderful the home was standalone, our experience booking/adjusting/checking in and out could not have been more smooth/easy. Anna was so proactive in communicating with us ahead of our stay, even letting us know about a road complication ahead of our arrival. The location is basically impossible to beat unless you are literally in the canyon and the rooms were all super clean. It was one of the easiest ski trips we have ever been on and could not recommend both the home and the host enough.

By far our favorite rental experience in SLC

We’ve been coming to Salt Lake for the past ten years, and this was by far the best rental experience we’ve had. The home was recently renovated and works very well for a large group of adults and for families. It is incredibly well stocked for cooking, has tons of towels, and has lots of great amenities for kids. And the massage chair! We nearly had to create a sign up sheet it was so popular. The location is wonderful, especially with Little Cottonwood filling up so early. Thanks to Anna and her husband for being such wonderful hosts. We had an amazing time!

Not entirely true

Proerty was not properly advertised- this is a three story home- if you have handicapped people it will not work and you will not get a refund. Doors do not lock properly or open properly- sliding door in kitchen was completely locked so we could not get a cross draft of air. Had to leave some people behind when we learned it was upstairs or downstairs to bedrooms- huge bummer but the rest of us managed fine.

We are the Madsen Family. We grew up going skiing and camping in Utah. Our favorite memories are skiing with our cousins, as kids. We live near-by and grew up here in the Salt Lake valley. We love to brag about how beautiful Utah is, which has the greatest snow on earth! We like to ski, snowboard, sled, snowshoe, hike, rock climb, fish, camp and lake life. Our favorite family activity is white water rafting on rivers within the Rocky Mountains and southern Utah.
