Beautiful house and location! Host was very accommodating and friendly. This was the first family vacation with my adult children and my grandchildren in 15 years and everyone had a great time. The dock behind the house is great for crabbing and fishing. I Tied my 25ft boat up at the dock so we could go out fishing whenever we wanted. It’s less than 15 minutes from the dock to the Barnegat inlet. The backyard is set up nicely with a tiki bar and table and chairs. The garden is beautiful. Plenty of parking for large families.

We're so glad this house could be part of such a special family vacation, especially with three generations under one roof for the first time in 15 years. The dock is truly one of our favorite features, and it's wonderful to hear you made the most of it with easy access out to the inlet for fishing and crabbing. The backyard, tiki bar, and garden were all designed for exactly the kind of relaxed, together time your family enjoyed, and knowing there was plenty of parking for everyone makes it even better. Geri bowled us over with last minute extra thoughtful favors! She purchased a kiddie pool, playpen and height chair that was really nice to not have to bring our own. We were in contact with her almost daily for tips on places to eat and parks in the area. We only had 7 days but we jammed a lot of fun family activities in: beaches, LBI and Island Park, then Seaside heights for the boardwalk at night. Fishing and crabbing from the dock, the tiki bar in the back was extra fun and kayaking was convenient. We were all happy with our family vacation! All 10 family members want to go back! Our family of eight adults and one child had a wonderful week at this Waretown home on Oyster Creek. It was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue grill. The tiki bar and outside seating areas were great for an afternoon/evening drink or meal. The host, Geri, communicated with us from the time we booked through our stay and graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. She gave us a wealth of additonal information about the house and activities and restaurants in the area as well as the "extras" like beach chairs and the kayaks/canoe. It is very evident that the property is a beloved, well-taken care of home for this family. Note: As listed in the property description, there are stairs, including a full flight of 14 steps to access the wonderful kitchen/dining/family room with outside deck.

It means a lot to hear that the home was equipped with everything needed for your home away from home and that the tiki bar and outdoor spaces added to the fun. We loved being able to help in anyway we can and share tips on local activities and restaurants and that one of your family members tied his boat up to our large dock during the stay. This home was designed to be an escape from everyday life with a feel for the natural beauty of the surrounding nature preserve for quiet peace and relaxation that we want to share with guests who appreciate it as much as you did. The second floor puts the view right up front while the first floor bungalow is steps free to accommodate family members who can’t do the steps. We were happy to have you and hope you will return.

Finding a vacation rental that worked for three generations of a family isn’t easy, but this home exceeded our expectations. Our group of 12 included a 90-year-old grandmother, a disabled uncle and children and the home accommodated everyone comfortably. The no step entry and single level original section of the house made it especially helpful for family members with mobility concerns. The home is much larger than it appears and provides multiple living areas, giving everyone room to gather or enjoy some quiet time.Everything was thoughtfully provided from ample towels and household supplies to kayaks, canoes and crab pots. The waterfront location is beautiful and peaceful, and the backyard felt like a private oasis with gorgeous gardens and a tiki bar and fire pits.The beds were very comfortable, the home was spotless and well-maintained and the air-conditioning kept us cool during an extremely hot week. We were able to create great family memories here and I would highly recommend this home to anyone, especially large or multigenerational families.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we’d scored an invite to the MTV Beach House. The backyard is a total showstopper with lush landscaping, cozy seating nooks, and a glowing Tiki Bar that comes alive at night. Every corner offers a different vibe, from sipping cocktails under twinkle lights to lounging with a book while the water shimmers just steps away.We fished, windsurfed, and kayaked straight off the property’s two private docks. Barnegat Bay was our playground, and with Seaside and LBI just a quick drive away, we had the best of both worlds: peaceful waterfront living and easy access to the action.Inside, the home is massive, spotless, and outfitted with every creature comfort you could want. From the well-stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and breezy décor, it’s the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home with way better views.This rental isn’t just a place to stay. It’s a summer mood all its own.
