Incredibly Peaceful and Comfortable

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sanjay’s place, even though it was under very unexpected circumstances. We actually live right across the street here in North Park, but after an unfortunate incident where our ceiling collapsed, we needed to find a place to sleep immediately. Sanjay was incredibly responsive, understanding, and as helpful as a host could possibly be during a stressful moment.We stayed for two nights and the apartment itself is fantastic—super comfortable, well-appointed, and just a great space overall. But the most surprising part for us was the peace and quiet. Living right on this street, we know there is sometimes a bit of traffic, which we always hear in our own house. We were genuinely shocked and pleasantly surprised by just how completely silent and tranquil Sanjay’s apartment was!If you are looking for a comfortable, incredibly quiet spot in North Park with an amazing and accommodating host, we couldn't recommend Sanjay's place more.

Great Host, Great Condo, Great Location

Sanjay was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location of the property is perfect - walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants as well as parts of the park. The neighborhood felt very safe and the condo was cozy. Highly recommend.

The stay was okay overall, but there are a few things future guests should know.The listing states that parking is available, but there is no dedicated parking on-site. Parking is actually street parking on main roads which is fine- but This wasn't communicated until check-in, and it would have been helpful if the listing or host had been more transparent, especially for longer stays.The inside of the property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the exterior seemed overlooked, with tons of trash scattered around the front yard.The biggest issue was communication. On the day of arrival, I never received the promised check-in instructions via email or the VRBO app. I had to contact VRBO about an hour before check-in and spent nearly an hour going back and forth with VRBO and Evolve before finally receiving the access code and check-in details.Communication challenges continued throughout my stay. Before checking in, I notified both VRBO and Evolve that I would need to leave two days early due to a family emergency. Over the course of my 15-day stay, I spent a significant amount of time trying to coordinate an early checkout and refund. The process was extremely frustrating, and when the refund was finally issued, it was approximately 340 less than expected.Overall the location is good and the interior was comfortable, but guests should be prepared for communication issues.

Check-in instructions and guest contact information were sent to the email address on file prior to your arrival, and a contact number was provided should any questions arise before or during your stay. Regarding your early departure, the host was accommodating in providing a refund for the unused nights. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and value the opportunity to address your experience.

Nice place. Parking isnt great, but location is. Nice places to eat around (the New Zealand place was awesome). Its nice that the Windows aren't facing neighbors. Questions initially went to an AI bot it seemed, but my issue got worked out with someone's help.Overall a great stay.
