However, on the day of check-in, you emailed requesting early access. We confirmed that the home was ready and allowed early entry. Later, you stated that you did not use the early check-in, and per our policy, the fee was refunded after checkout. After departure, a carpet stain was found during the standard post-checkout inspection. We shared the photo documenting the condition, and the charge reflected the cost of addressing that damage. During your four-night stay, no issues or concerns were reported, and the home remained in good condition throughout your visit, which indicates that your stay itself was enjoyable.
