Costa Vista 14 is an upstairs rental accessible by interior staircase from the front door. The living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The 2 bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms are on the 3rd floor.

Wake up to breathtaking Gulf views in this three-story townhome just steps from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious coastal design, this beach retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and serene views of the Gulf, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds—perfect for family or friends. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional room for guests, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to relax. The open living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect setting for gathering and sharing meals.

Private balconies showcase uninterrupted views of the emerald waters, inviting you to sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. When it’s time for the beach, simply stroll across the street—your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with two chairs and an umbrella. With parking for two vehicles and a location close to popular dining, shopping, and entertainment, convenience is always at your fingertips.

Blending comfort with coastal charm, this Costa Vista townhome is the perfect place to create lasting memories on the Emerald Coast.

This property comes with 2 covered parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Perfect location. I’m giving the property a 5 just because if the location. We were literally across the street from the beach. The kitchen was recently remodeled, and all new paint throughout. The only issue was the primary bedroom mattress, which was pretty uncomfortable. They put a pad on top of the mattress which helped. New fridge, new appliances. Great family room.

I dont normally give 5 stars for anything because there is always improvement needed but I gave all 5 stars in this case because it was well deserved. The host was in contact several times during my stay checking in. The property was absolutely amazing and very clean. It was also located in the best spot for the beach and restaurants in walkable distances. Easy to get to even with the construction in the next property. The only thing to change is the mattress in the bedroom with the queen size bed. It has a really bad sink hole and was uncomfortable but I made do. Highly recommend this property

Great location, easy walkable access to the beach. Property has just the basics- make sure you pack your own toiletries and beach towels. Large deck box downstairs with toys for kids was a nice surprise! Top floor where bedrooms are located doesn’t cool off as much as 2nd floor, likely from the sliding door, which isn’t insulated much at all. Makes the upstairs warm and allows a lot of outside noise! Happy we brought a sound machine! Queen bed was very uncomfortable, even with the pad they added. Overall, nice stay for a quick weekend and as advertised.
