Le Sandy Flat, une maison sur la plage située à Pawleys Island, en Caroline du Sud, est un lieu de séjour idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Sablonneux
 Appartement peut accueillir 10 personnes avec une chambre (lit queen) en bas, 2 chambres à l'étage (lit queen dans une et double et jumeaux dans l'autre). Les enfants adorent la mezzanine avec ses lits jumeaux et gigognes. Bien que la maison dort 10 personnes, plus de six adultes peuvent se sentir encombrés!
Bains avec douche et baignoire Ă  chaque Ă©tage. Douche extĂ©rieure fermĂ©e a l'eau chaude. Le pont a une belle vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur Pawleys Creek. L'ocĂ©an peut ĂȘtre vu depuis les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage. Wifi et 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs sont inclus.
La plupart des gens prĂ©fĂšrent apporter leurs propres draps et serviettes. Parlez avec le propriĂ©taire Ă  ce sujet car ils peuvent ĂȘtre meublĂ©s.
Le stationnement est disponible pour un maximum de trois voitures.

Pawleys Perfect Rustic Perfection

Perfect location, rustic but charming, great beach access, and has everything you need in the house for a good beach week. Close to Brookgreen Gardens and also fantastic seafood restaurants. Would stay here again for sure!!

Pawley's Island Nostalgia!

We love how comfortable and family friendly this hime is. It has geat access to the beach and the upper end of the island has plenty of beach at high tide! It is a reminder of the quieter days of Pawley's!

This was our first trip to Pawleys Island. We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Flats. The house is older but very clean and comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quite comfortable and really close to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. There is plenty of room for 6 or more. We were only two and our dog and it was a great place to stay.

Best vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandy Flat! Location is superb, with sunsets over the marsh on one side and a short 3 minute walk to the ocean on the other. Nancy was a delight to work with and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. We will be back!

I grew up in Greenville SC Where I graduated from GHS and Furman University . After graduation I taught high school math and science in Charleston before marriying and moving to Georgetown, SC.
My husband and I had 2 children. After his untimely death at the age of 42, I became a New York Life agent retiring in 2000.
At 54 I started taking cello lessons and currently play in 2 orchestras. I am a “member with excellence” and former president of the South Carolina Watermedia Society.
I am currently married to Terry Agner, a retired Lutheran pastor. We are the grandparents of 7 grandchildren and divide our time between Georgetown and Asheville, NC
