Good location, clean. Had small sugar ants show up in the kitchen, notified the host and was told it would be dealt with. It never was. But overall great for larger group and nice place.

We do want to clarify that when you reached out about the ants, we responded promptly and offered to send traps over right away. At that time, you let us know you already had spray, and we did not receive any further requests for assistance. Had you needed anything further, we would have been more than happy to help. We always aim to address concerns as they arise, and we encourage guests to let us know during their stay if additional support is needed so we can ensure everything is resolved in real time.

Cute place, we had a group of 10 girls celebrating for a long bachelorette weekend. The space accommodated us well and we only had to share a couple beds. The rooftop set up was cute and a great space to hang out. The only weird thing up there was, there is a floor board out of place that we covered with a pillow so no one stepped in the space. Location wasn’t far from downtown Nashville and we were able to travel easily and had food delivered with little issues. The A/C worked like a dream, and the furniture was pretty comfortable. Somewhat tight getting into the parking area in a larger vehicle but we figured it out quickly. The door handle was loose on the back door with the keypad. Unfortunately it looked like the property was only lightly cleaned when we first arrived. There were some random things left around as we did the first walkthrough, nothing major but some smudged walls, a few small pieces of paper, a plastic cup, some hair, cigarettes on the roof, etc. mostly everything else looked good. Plenty of dishes and other random necessities on site. We did not use the laundry and were unable to figure out how to work the karaoke machine so I can’t speak to that. The third floor hallway bathroom shower floor moves slightly while standing in the tub showering. The vibe of the place in general was great, very cute setup. We did move some of the fragile decoration around to avoid damages though. All in all it was a good experience.

We also apologize that the home did not meet our cleanliness standards upon arrival.
