Beach to Bay, the perfect stay!

Great house for families and friend groups to fish, duck hunt, or just relax. Fun layout to fellowship or get some quiet time! 2 queen bedrooms, large bunk room with 2 full and 2 twin(best mattresses in POC!). Spacious kitchen and living area. Great central location just blocks to beautiful Front Beach and the boat ramp. Use our kayak to explore lake boggy or Kingfisher Beach. 2 bathrooms. Relax watching TV or not. Grab your favorite cold beverage and enjoy a few games of Washers or Cornhole(bag toss)! Large backyard for kids to run! parking allows 3 vehicles and a boat maximum.

Kitchen fully stocked with all the amenities for a comfortable stay including Kuerig and drip coffee makers. Plenty of clean towels and fresh linens ready for you and your guests. Backporch has grill and Polywood chairs to enjoy the seabreeze!

James the owner is super helpful and responsive. The house was clean worked perfectly for the two of us. It has many beds and would be great for a much larger group too. We would definitely book this again for our next fishing trip to POC!

The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Didn’t shop but did go to the beach for an afternoon of fun in the sun. The house was nice , neighbors were friendly but most all had fun and made great memories. Will rent again and refer friends also. They would enjoy their stay just like we did.

There was a sulfur, rotten smell to the home from the water. It was there the entire stay. This issue is why the home was rated a 1 star. Without that it would have been rated a 3 or 4

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. I had problems with our boat and the property owner guided is to a good repair shop and we were able to do a little fishing

A little outdated property but nice.

Our stay was good. When we got there we had to wash linens for the bunkhouse beds and clean the couches in the same area. Bathtub in master bathroom was clogged so we had to unclog that. And lights in the smaller bathroom went out and we had to change those out. I’d wish the grass had been cut. It was rather high and did t help with the mosquitos. But James was a good host and very response to my text messages. Just wish we could’ve enjoyed our trip more instead of having to clean and fix things.

Great trip! Great memories made!

Cute place for our short stay! Plenty of room for the four of us, could have had plenty more. Funny coincidence figured out when we got there this was my husband’s great uncle’s first home when they moved to POC. This was prior to all of the add ons.

It was a great place to stay. The kids loved their bunk area and we were all pretty comfortable. I'd stay here again for sure.
