The main floor boasts two bedrooms with the kitchen and living room with access to its namesake, the fully enclosed furnished porch where you will enjoy the Gentle Breeze coming off Matagorda Bay. The top floor has one private bedroom with a window unit for more AC plus a loft great for the kids or other guests with four beds in a shared area. Did we mention decks? The brand new main floor uncovered deck is perfect for entertaining as well so bring the lawn chairs and get ready to relax and soak in the sun at this one of a kind vacation spot. Plenty of parking both in front of and under the Polk Ave side deck AND lot to the West side of the rental makes this a go-to property for those with boats, trailers or a side by side.

This Unit is Not Pet Friendly

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.
