About this space
Welcome to our private suite in the quiet, friendly Armdale neighborhood! Enjoy the perfect blend of a peaceful retreat and city convenience. You're just a 10-minute drive from downtown Halifax and steps from beautiful lakes and trails. As a unique gift, we offer a complimentary photoshoot to capture your memories. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or professionals.
The space
Your private guest suite is a thoughtfully designed space of approximately 500 sq. ft. with its own entrance for complete privacy.
Living Area: Unwind with a 55" Smart TV (Netflix included) and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Bedroom: A separate bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, closet, and dresser.
Kitchenette: Prepare light meals with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. All utensils are provided. (Please note: no conventional oven).
Bathroom: You'll have a private, newly renovated full bathroom.
Laundry: A shared washer and dryer are conveniently located on your floor.
Guest access
You will have your own private entrance through the front door of the townhouse, accessed with a keypad. We primarily use the back entrance, so the front is reserved for you.
Your stay includes one dedicated, hassle-free parking spot in our large lot.
The entire basement suiteâincluding the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenetteâis exclusively for your use. The only shared space is the laundry room, which is also located on your floor. Access to the upstairs residential area is not permitted.

Basement Suite: This is a cozy and private suite located on the basement level of our townhouse.
Potential for Sound: As with any townhouse, the space is not completely soundproof, and you may occasionally hear light footsteps from above. We are very quiet people, and past visitors have mentioned they barely heard us. However, we believe in full transparency for our guests.
Kitchenette & Dishes: The kitchenette is well-equipped for meal preparation. A dedicated sink for washing dishes is conveniently located for your use in the adjacent laundry room.
Please be mindful when cooking, as the kitchenette does not have a ventilation hood. We kindly ask that you avoid preparing foods that produce a lot of smoke.
Shared Laundry: The laundry room on your floor is a shared space. We typically only use the washer and dryer on weekends and will always be mindful of your presence.
House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we have a strict no-smoking/vaping and no-partying policy.
No pets allowed at the moment.
