Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom located on Connaught Ave in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia! Perfectly situated in a central location, our charming space offers both convenience and comfort.

Ideal for solo travelers or couples, our space features a comfortable bedroom with a queen size bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a coffee bar and a cozy living area where you can unwind.

The property is located in the basement of our home.

It is a one-bedroom unit with a queen bedroom, TV, full closet and plenty of space for your belongings.

The kitchen features a full size fridge/freezer, a microwave, an induction hot plate, a toaster oven and an air fryer. There is a eating nook with 2 stools which can also be used as a workspace.

The living room has a large sofa with a TV with an Amazon Firestick, and plenty of space to relax after your day of exploring Halifax!

We are located steps away from Quinpool Rd, a 5 minute drive to Dalhousie University and an 8 minute drive to Downtown Halifax. While the location is extremely walkable, there is also free parking in the driveway which can fit up to 2 vehicles!

Cozy on Connaught is a great place to stay while in Halifax. The accommodation is as described in the write-ups. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of good restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in the area and in a lovely neighbourhood.

Emilys place was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, very comfortable. It has everything you need. Very nicely finished. Emily was very responsive. We would definately recommend it and would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our short stay at your apartment. It was so clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for downtown. You thought of everything necessary Emily and we really appreciated the decaf coffee. My husband scratched his arm that would not stop bleeding and we were so happy to find the first aid kit. Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay.

First, the apartment was in a very convenient part of Halifax for us to be able to enjoy a bunch of activities in downtown Halifax and beyond without having to drive too far or get into complicated traffic. Access to food stores and trendy little restaurants was great, a very pleasant old neighborhood to spend time in during the summer. For our purposes, the apartment was perfect, we were able to prepare meals there (mostly breakfasts) but all the kitchen tools and appliances were there. The shower was nicely laid out and worked well. The bed was roomy and comfortable. The atmosphere was very quiet, no street sounds at all. Parking was good. Some very minor "findings": finding regular cable channels on the TV wasn't achievable but a minor point, likely more related to our low level of understanding of some TV technology, and it should be made clear that access to the little driveway is only off Connaught coming one way, which makes it difficult to find the house once in the neighborhood, especially on a dark and rainy night after just getting off the flight.Overall, excellent property for those gone all day and needing a good base to get back to. Very clean. The host was helpful to all questions. We would definitely stay there again on a future return

Wonderful visit

Great location for my trip and time of year - convenient to Dal campus and with lots of funky food and services a nice short walk away. Host very clear in communication and the accommodation was really well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Would absolutely use again when I am in town for work on campus.

Great location, cozy apartment

My daughter and I stayed while in Halifax for a dance competition. The kitchen had what we needed, the bed was comfortable, and there is nice separation between the living room and bedroom. It was easy for her to go to bed early without me bothering her. We will definitely stay again!!

Almost too good to be true!

This place was amazing. Extremely well organized, the hosts were kind and hospitable, and the location was right across from a bus stop and within walking distance to soo much good food. You know how some properties photoshop or touch up their photos? Not with this! Truly picture-perfect.
