Inside, you'll find a bright, open layout with a fully stocked kitchen—complete with a Margaritaville blender for your favorite frozen drinks—and a cozy electric fireplace for laid-back evenings. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom also offers a queen. A fun bunk room includes a queen bed, Full XL, and a twin trundle, perfect for kids or extra guests. The living room provides even more flexibility with two sleeper sofas equipped with luxury air mattresses. Beach gear is provided, so you’re ready for sunny days by the water or relaxed afternoons by the pool. Whether you're shell hunting, biking scenic island trails, or simply lounging with a cocktail in hand, this Sanibel home is your private slice of paradise!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen bunk bed, 1 Full bunk bed, 1 Twin trundle bed & 2 pull-out sleeper sofas (sleeps 10). Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets Considered, Dogs Only. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
