This stress-free, budget-friendly home in the desirable 45+ Sun City Grand community in Surprise offers ultimate privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac with only one neighbor. With direct access to a scenic walking trail, the home features 3 bedrooms—including an office with a futon—and a split layout ideal for guests, stellar presentation by Elite Vacation Rentals.

Enjoy a spacious great room, open-concept kitchen, and a cozy breakfast area. The master king suite includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ample storage. The private backyard features a grill, soothing fountain, dining area, and service bar, perfect for entertaining. Its northeast-facing orientation offers morning sun and evening shade—your own peaceful escape.

Dog-friendly for $10/night (1 dog max).

A golf cart is also available for $15/day.

Comfortable and cozy

We enjoyed our month at this property. I did have to communicate with property manager several times, but she was responsive to our needs (propane for bbq, Roku for tv, golf cart condition), etc.

Beautiful house in "The Grand"

The house and backyard/patio are lovely. Very private with beautiful landscaping. Just as shown in the photos.Property managers were professional and responsive.Only negative is freeway noise.
