Super mignon 2chambres 2bath avec une grande arrière-cour pour profiter du soleil, barbecue la nuit et utiliser le foyer. Walk to Spring Training, KC Royals et Texas Rangers Stadium est à seulement un pâté de maisons! Le complexe de tennis et aquatique Surprise est à 1 mille de là, avec un grand lac de pêche et de remise à l'eau. (permis de pêche requis) un grand parc pour chiens est également au complexe. Nous avons aussi trois piscines communautaires, une n'est qu'à deux pâtés de maisons. Tant de terrains de golf à proximité aussi! Emplacement emplacement emplacement :)

The host was very good, she took carre of a couple of requests for me. The location was quite good for my needs. The kichen amenities were lacking measuring cups and spoons which I would have used. The house as described.

Nice place and location

The place is nice and comfortable. Would love to stay there again!Communication with host was great.Had non-toxic cookware (ceramic instead of teflon), which is the first I see compared to any other place!

Made a difficult time easier

We live in Payson but had to stay in the valley to attend my mother-in-law’s memorial service. The process from renting the VRBO to checking in was very easy and straightforward. Renting a VRBO instead of a hotel room also provided other family members in town a central point to gather.

Would Come Back

There was a bit of miscommunication upon check-in, however the host was EXTREMELY quick in response and she was able to get us taken care of immediately for a very wonderful stay in her property. I would definitely rent from her again in future visits.

Tennis!

Loved this location. Super close to the tennis facility. Lots of close y restaurants and close to the baseball facility if you love baseball. Heads up though, the community pool does not open until May 1st! The host was super responsive and was flexible on timing to accommodate our schedule. It was greatly appreciated!

In town for tennis tournament, great location!

The house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a national senior tennis tournament and the residence was within walking distance of tennis center. A relaxing place to be when we needed a break from the tournament. Clean, plenty of bedsheets and towels. Two bathrooms—nice! Would certainly stay here again if our team qualifies for next year’s tournament!

Our stay in Surprise

Nice house in a great area. We enjoyed our stay visiting with family in the area. One point of improvement. There could be more cutlery. There was not enough for our needs.

Clean & Accommodating

Carri was great and prompt to respond. The house was clean and had a good layout. We were there to house hunt in Peoria so it met our needs. I would say if you are looking for things to do, we found we had to drive a distance and there’s not much you can walk to.

Great location

This house was the perfect location to stay for a tennis tournament hosted in Surprise. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the courts and the wonderful public park area in Surprise, and was a great base of operations. It would also be a great location for Rangers or Royals spring training games, as the stadium is even closer to the house than the tennis courts are. Communication with Carrie was seamless. Highly recommended house and host!

This was a perfect set up for our stay.

The garage was important for us since we had a motorcycle and trailer to store. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property because we were always busy with friends and site-seeing. Everything we needed was on the property. We even had a fire in the fire pit one night. Carrie was very responsive and helpful. I would rent again.

Disappointed

My only complaint was VRBO said that this property was in Sun City Grand, Surprise. That was 100 per cent FALSE!! My wife had relatives who lived on Sun City Grand. I had to take Lyft when I played golf with them.

Nice location in Surprise.

Carri was great to deal with. Nice patio facing south for sun which we enjoyed. Bed was comfortable and garage clean. Kitchen was adequate and appliances in working order.
