The Space:

Tihi Time is a spacious, modern holiday home set in one of Rotorua's peaceful elevated suburbs, backing directly onto the scenic Tihi Reserve - so you get native bush at the back fence and the city's attractions a short drive away. Spread across two levels, it has plenty of room for a big family or group to spread out, unwind and come together.

- LIVING AREA -

A modern, well-equipped kitchen flows into the open-plan dining and lounge, with sliding doors out to the deck. There's a games room with a foosball table downstairs, a pellet fire to keep things cosy in winter and air conditioning / a heat pump for summer.



- OUTDOOR AREA -

A huge sunny deck runs off the living area - the natural spot for BBQ dinners and outdoor dining - with a private spa pool for a relaxing soak under the stars, and the Tihi Reserve native bush just beyond.



- PARKING -

Onsite parking, with self check-in.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole home to yourselves, including the spa pool, the games room and the large outdoor deck. There's onsite parking and self check-in for an easy arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Tihi Time sits beside the tranquil Tihi Reserve, a lovely pocket of native bush that's perfect for a walk or a morning coffee in nature. It's an easy, elevated Springfield setting, with Rotorua's top attractions all a short drive away - Te Puia and the Whakarewarewa geothermal valley up the road, the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, the Polynesian Spa and the lakefront close by, and the CBD's cafes, restaurants and shopping only minutes on.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Rotorua, and there's onsite parking. By car, Te Puia is about 4 minutes away, the Waiariki and Polynesian spas around 11, the Redwoods about 12, and Skyline, ZORB and Canopy Tours roughly 13. Rotorua Airport is about 15 minutes, and the CBD and lakefront a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

A few things worth knowing: the home is set over two levels, with three bedrooms and the family bathroom upstairs and the bunk room and games room downstairs. The spa pool sits out on the sunny deck, there's a pellet fire and a heat pump for year-round comfort, and the property backs onto the Tihi Reserve native bush. WiFi runs at around 85 Mbps, with onsite parking and self check-in.
