Set on an acre of land along the shore of beautiful Lake Murray, this exquisite home is ready to host you and your family or friends for the ultimate vacation in the Midlands of South Carolina.

-- THE PROPERTY --

Professionally decorated, this home features a gourmet island kitchen with solid service countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a five-burner gas stove. Dine outside in the screened patio adjacent to the kitchen or on the covered and fully furnished deck complete with multiple tables and chairs, comfortable seating options, and a TV.

Back inside, the living area includes plush furniture, a Netflix-equipped TV, beautiful coffered ceilings, and additional lake views. If you bring your boat, there is a dock with water and power and an attached floating dock for swimming or fishing for bass, crappie, and perch. A high-capacity washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi add convenience during your stay.

The Master's golf tournament in Augusta, Georgia, is less than an hour away. Take your boat out on the water and head east to explore Dreher Island, home to a state park, walking trails, and gorgeous natural scenery. You can also keep going until you reach Lake Murray to enjoy the open water by fishing, water skiing, and much more. Back on land, make the 16-mile trek southwest to Newberry where you'll find several restaurants, shops, and other necessities. Plus, a community boat launch is right across from the driveway for easy lake access!

We LOVED this place! We rented it because we were in town for a wedding in Saluda. It exceeded our expectations. It was so well appointed and beautifully decorated. The back deck area is amazing. When there was a power outage following a storm, the owner immediately responded and helped, arriving in under 15 minutes. She was lovely to us throughout the whole process.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend and everything was excellent. From communication with the host, the house, cleanliness, 10/10. It was a quiet location perfect for a family getaway. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

I have stayed in MANY vrbo and airb&b homes throughout the years. This home was my absolute favorite! I loved the whole vibe of the house; but especially the enclosed dining area beside the kitchen and the outdoor covered patio. I spent most of my time there just reading and enjoying all the wonderful egrets and osprey on the little island across from the dock. Booking and check in were the easiest ever! I have never had the opportunity to go through Evolve, but they are the BEST! Also, my grandson may have left a Nintendo cord at the home. I contacted the owner and she was very helpful and kind.

Serene Lakeside Escape

This is a beautiful lakefront property. We had a wonderful long weekend at Lake Murray. I would highly recommend staying at this home and we will be back!

Relax and Unwind

The house and view were perfect. We had a bit of trouble with the AC/heat unit initially and the property management team was not very knowledgeable about this particular system either. We ended up figuring out how to work them w youtube videos. The units are all separate inside but operate on one system outside, therefore, you need all units set to the same cycle (AC or heat). I would suggest having them all turned off then turn on and set one at the time. The dishwasher was also not working and we reported this the day we left the property. Many had noted this in the 'handwritten book' on the property but maybe they didn't report it? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we come to this area again! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Wonderful house and large lot! Beautiful house on the lake!Endured a huge thunderstorm with trees limbs taking out the electricity. Host was responsive and even helped us take care of our food. Great time with family!
