Steps to the free pool and boat dock, 10 minutes to Bethany Beach and 1 minute from groceries and restaurants, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath corner townhome sleeping 10 features stunning water views from 3 porches, tremendous living space as well as kayaks with life jackets and paddles, beach chairs, umbrellas, an air hockey table and a propane barbecue for your enjoyment. Parking for 3 vehicles is right in front of the home and/or in the garage.

The beds are king, 2 queens, a bunk bed sleeping 3 in a full size and twin as well as a Futon. Please bring your own linens and towels or rent them. Pillows and blankets are provided and inspected. To rent them, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View who deliver and drop off. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you'll need for a week including a combination drip/K-cup. The home boasts 3 smart TVs. Please bring your passwords for your apps.

There are multiple living areas including two primary suites with attached baths, family rooms and 3 levels of balconies and porches with wonderful water views that invite you to soak in salty breezes overlooking White Creek.

Community amenities include a free pool, kayak launch, and boat ramp, right outside your house. Everyday conveniences are right around the corner—grocery shopping at Weis or Giant grocery stores, and dining at local restaurants. Fish and crab off the dock with a license.

Peaceful Stay in a Perfect Location

We stayed for about five days and absolutely loved it. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with stores and restaurants just minutes away — and the beach was so easy to get to. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal escape.

Excellent rental

We’ve stayed in this development before but really found this to be a superior location and setup. Easy access to the pool and easy drive to the beach, amazing view of the canal from the balconies and access to kayak (kayaks provided!), and great setup on the first level. Our kids spent hours playing air hockey! It was a summer vacation with our four teens to remember!

House was nice. Trees need trimmed so you can enjoy the view of the water from the decks. Floors were not scrubbed at all. Our feet were black when we were barefoot carrying our things in to unpack.

We're so sorry about the dirty floor in the entry way. The rest of the home is carpeted. We will address this with the cleaning company!

This home was beautiful, comfortable and ideally located for our family vacation. The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family to all spread out and have our own spaces, but also plenty of room to get together for dinner and activities. Having the pool and creek in the neighborhood was terrific, and the close access to groceries and other stores was perfect too. It’s about a 10 minute drive door-to-door to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, which is part of why the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The property is very well managed, and we had absolutely no issues. We would definitely love to return next year!
