Elegantly decorated with a tranquil private preserve view and abundant outdoor use via the
Lanai.
This home boasts 10' ceilings and 8' doors .A king bed in the master with ensuite as well as a queen bed in the guest room. There is one allocated garage space.

There is a spectacular clubhouse and pool in this gated community. All this within minutes of Old Naples 5th Ave and Marco Island

Annual rental: $160/night
Off season rental: May1st - Nov ember 30th - $160 /night (will consider a single month rental).
Prime season: December 1st - April 30th - $200 /night (minimum 3 month rental).

Beautiful home

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean, the kitchen is well stocked. The community is safe. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is the highest praise. Clean, comfortable. with comfortable furniture. Great area and safe community . Tom is a wonderful host.

Kevin requested to be in on 01/01/21 on 12/25/20. Immedietely, I contacted both he and his wife directly to advise of the background check required by the HOA and also advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks to be approved. We recieved their application one week after their initial request. We did everything possible to work with the HOA to speed up the process while staying in contact with them almost daily. We do not set the HOA rules or procedures nor are allowed to have renters in the facility until this process is complete for the safety and security of the community.
