Favorite place!

We're so happy to be back to Colony Inn after Hurricane Ian whipped through the island 4 years ago. The renovations are beautiful! It's just as peaceful as we remember it to be. Front staff so friendly and helpful. And the short walk to the beach makes this the perfect location!

Colony Inn was more than expected.

Although not listed as part of the amenities they offered beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. It was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, close to the beach and inviting.

Great time on Sanibel Island

Our stay at the Colony Inn was exceptional. Information regarding check in was sent in a timely manner and we were able to access our room after office hours without any problem. Parking was easy and plentiful. The room was clean and set up as it appeared in the rental photos. Beach gear (chairs and umbrella) were on our lanai. Beach towels were in our bedroom. Towels and linens were easily replaced and supplied as needed. Additional cleaning supplies were available if needed (dish washer pods, dish soap, and kitchen towels). Marcie was wonderful and a great asset to the experience. Our only issue was the stovetop burners weren't functioning correctly and it was resolved by the time we returned from dinner out. Bike rental was easy and we received a discount due to staying at the Inn. Accessing the bike path is easy, it is located across the street from the Inn. The Inn location is a short two minute walk to the beach and sprayers were available to clean off equipment and legs/feet prior to returning to the room. The pool and patio/grilling area was nice and clean. We would stay here again.
