The condo itself was beautiful. Great location and proximity to the beach. However, they should tell you before you book that each person will be given one towel and you have to do your own laundry. There is no clean towel service. You also have to take your own trash to the dumpster. This was comparable to other prices on the island and they have towel service. The property was not the cleanest, we found old candy in the floor and the fans/vents were pretty gross.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your stay at Sandalfoot 3B3. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo itself and its location, especially having the beautiful Sanibel Island beach so close by. We also hear you on the parts of the stay that were disappointing. The condition you described with the candy on the floor and the fans and vents is not the impression we want guests to have when they arrive, and we’ll be sharing those comments directly with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the towel setup and trash disposal. Even when certain procedures are part of how a property operates, we understand how important it is for guests to know what to expect before and during their stay. Thank you for being candid with us. Feedback like yours gives us specific areas to look at and improve rather than simply knowing that something fell short. We hope the good parts of your time on Sanibel still made for some great memories, and we’d truly appreciate another opportunity to host you in the future and provide a much better experience from beginning to end.

Great condo and great location

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything in the unit is well thought out and helped make our stay wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook and all the furniture was comfortable. The location was also terrific - an easy walk to the beach (with chairs and umbrella provided) and convenient to many great restaurants and shops.

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay. The updated property was the perfect spot for our 30th anniversary getaway. Sanibel Island is beautiful! Would have liked extra towels and washcloths because there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the condo.

Great beach view, great condo & price

We love 3B3's large lanai's view of the pool, beach and Gulf. (The pool is lit at night so a good view 24/7). The view, combined with the condo's upgraded luxuries, and friendly on-site staff, made our stay such a pleasure. Thank you! - Dave

The condo itself was very nice, and very well decorated. We did have a bunch of issues with the TV and WIFI which was not ideal because we would have loved to chek in at home more frequently. We also have elevator problems, so it was alot of stairs. But overall I'd stay again. The beach access was great!

Beautiful and relaxing A++

We stayed at Sandelfoot 3B3 condo. The view overlooked the beautiful pool with the ocean and beach in the background. It was beautiful. The grounds are meticulously kept. Every day maintenence workers were working hard to keep the facility pristine. The condo was just as well kept. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and stocked with all the needed essentials for a great week. Thank you for all you do at Sandelfoot. We will be back.

condo was beautiful

Everything in the condo was beautiful but getting in a little early became a hassle. No one in office on site at a meeting off site. Called # which I got a recording with no return call. Place was almost vacant but was able to get a hold of Samantha and told her our unit and she was able to activate our code. We have been to Sandalfoot many times and it always felt like we were coming home. If units were clean or no one was in them the previous day you were always able to check in great customer service. Which is now all big business and bottom line. No bending of rules even when there was hardly anyone there.

Perfect Vacation!!!

This was our second time staying at Sandalfoot. The unit we chose for this stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It was clean and comfortable with an incredible view of the ocean. We did buy our own pickleball equipment so we could play at any time which was nice. I didn't count the steps to the water this time, but I know it's less than 300 for sure. I enjoyed being on the top floor too. The only thing I could say for improvement would be a little better equipped kitchen would have been nice, but that kept us trying new places to eat out as well. We are already planning the next trip and Sandalfoot will be on that list. Thank You J&R
