The downstairs rumpus room opens out to the pool and backyard, great for checking on the cricket whilst splashing about in the pool.
The upstairs living room, has a view to the west, and is terrific for watching the sun set. A panoramic 180 degree view looking out over both the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas. The Port Phillip heads are visible, and sight of speed boats and yachts dancing about on the golden water, with container ships and the ferry to Tasmania passing through is a great one to behold.
The street itself is secluded, and is a dead end. There is a park in the street, with playground equipment that is ideal for kids, and it is approximately 100 meters.
400 metres to South Beach, and 500 or so metres to the village with its shops and cafes.
