House was lovely and it made a big difference that all linen was supplied as well as basic staples.

Fabulously fabulous

A wonderful property, rooms were spacious with comfortable couches & seating, house, bathrooms very clean++, a very well equipped kitchen, bedding was fabulous ( beds, linen & pillows). Great deck overlooking beautiful water views. Downstairs was huge- although we didn’t use it, it would be fabulous if you had children. Super easy check in/ check out process. The only downfall > 2 km walk to shops / beach, which could be an issue with small children & beach equipment. Otherwise wonderful accommodation.

Fantastic Property for a large group

House is really well set up and has everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay. Very clean and spacious, lots of off-street parking, and the bed configuration is great for lots of single people which is VERY rare in short term rentals. Lots of places to sit and relax, large kitchen and dining, and two decks. Amazing views! Great location close to beach and shops. A bit far to walk to the beach and back (we did it for exercise but drove when we had beach bags, etc). The only thing it was missing was downstairs airconditioning. We had 3 lovely, hot beach days for our getaway, but that meant we were really hot at night in the downstairs bedrooms. I would suggest having a few fans in the laundry/storage for guests to use. Verve were great and very responsive even though they are a large property management group.

EXCELLENT VIEWs

Aside from this property having a WOW Factor, the minute you walk through the front door, everything is clean, fresh, and professionally styled, all amenities are at your disposal with an amazing FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen. The BEST PART of this property, is the simply STUNNING View. Highly recommend, with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (ensuite included), pool table and heaps of separate areas throughout the house, makes for an affordable and spacious option for maximum capacity of 12 people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Happy holiday

Our three generation family had an enjoyable week in this beautiful house. The accommodation provided is first class and the well-equipped kitchen was the centre for many lovely meals. The younger ones would have liked a pool or spa but still found plenty to do. The separate downstairs living area was great for play station and snooker. Drinks and meals on the deck watching the ships sail by was sheer delight. The best holiday house we have ever experienced!
