BEACH FRONT LUXURY HOME
Sitting just a stones throw from Safety Beach you cannot get closer to the water than this magnificent property.
A recently renovated 50sqm home that has been in the same family for four generations.
Providing breath taking 180 degree views of Port Phillip Bay and close to everything the peninsula has to offer, this house provides a truly unique experience.
An amazing balcony and huge backyard too.
With the ability to sleep 13 people this is an excellent family location!

Designed with the view at its heart, the top floor of this house includes a large open plan living arrangement overlooking the bay, with large balcony and BBQ area. A gas log fireplace and smart TV is featured in the lounge with central cooling and heating throughout. The spacious kitchen allows a large family to entertain with ease. The second living area features another smart TV, study and powder room as well as a spacious master bedroom, with TV and with beautifully appointed ensuite.

Downstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, double garage and access to a very large enclosed garden at the rear of the property. An outdoor shower is available for the post beach wash off. The front gate automatically closes and locks to ensure maximum security. This luxurious house is available all year round.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house!

We had a great long weekend at this beautiful home in Safety Beach. It is in a great location, very well equipped and set up for a relaxing time. The house is big and comfortable enough to accomodate a large group. We would definitely recommend!

Great house in a perfect location

Our family enjoyed our week stay at Paul & Andrea’s place. It’s spacious with a great view and just a few steps from the beach. Great hosts to deal with also. We definitely would stay again.

Amazing house, everything was perfect!

Very nice, clean & spacious property. Plenty of rooms, bathroom & toilet facilities which is great for big groups. House had thoughtful supplies & everything that is needed, beddings was very comfortable & nice linens. We enjoyed our stay very much & highly recommend.

A Family Weekend

A beautiful house with an amazing view. It has been set up with every thing you could possibly need in every room. The large table not only allowed us to all sit together for meals but several games could be played at once.

Beautiful house and view.

House and view just beautiful. Road a little noisy during the day. Beds lovely and comfortable. One of the adults members of our family walked into the glass patio door and cut her eyebrow. Thought it was open. Shows how clean they were - a little mark of some kind might be an idea. Apart from this all was perfect. Thank you.

Family Time

We had the most amazing catch-up with family at this beautiful property. There were 8 adults and 3 children under 4. The host Andrea was awesome and accommodated every question we asked, including arriving a little earlier to attend a celebration elsewhere. The kids toys and amenities were amazing. The property had kids plates, cutlery and even a baby gate to ensure their safety with the stairs. They had ball! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We would definitely without a doubt go back to this Vrbo for a future family visit. Views were even more spectacular. That sea view was so mesmerising as was the fireplace. If we had to be picky, the only thing that was that the windows were dirty which obstructed from the view a little, but this was a small thing amongst all the amazing things this property has to offer. Thank you Andrea for making this a beautiful few days with the family. We would totally recommend a stay here.

A literal stones throw from the beach means you can easily get your holiday shuffle on.
