Sunshine Villa - Home from Home

Our luxury villa enjoys a quiet position on a residential estate. It can accommodate up to six people, with three bedrooms, and two separate sittings rooms.

The large kidney-shaped pool and spacious sundeck has a private and secluded outlook, bathed in sunshine throughout the day. The pool is heated by solar panels, can be floodlit at night, has an ornamental fountain and poolside shower. It is extensively equipped with outdoor furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and is equipped with a remote controlled television and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a family size tub with Jacuzzi, large separate shower and two vanity units.

Bedroom two is fitted with a queen size bed and bedroom three is fitted with twin beds. Both have televisions and are served by the family bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the villa is fully air-conditioned.

The formal dining room can seat six people comfortably. The main lounge is well equipped with sofas and wall mounted TV, sound system and DVD. It also has a breakfast nook. Cable TV, telephone for local calls and Wi-Fi are all available. The family room has a screened office space with two sofas.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, over-sized fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a telephone. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

The property is professionally managed by our local agent, who ensures that the villa, the pool and the gardens are kept in immaculate condition. Please note that no smoking is allowed within the property.
